Had been here in the October of 2017 and this was one burger joint I was looking forward to eat at. I ordered for chilli and beef burger, medium well. The brioche was so soft and shiny, I almost fell in love with it. The burger was served with thin cut house fries and a slice of pickle. The beef was tender and juicy with a perfect amount of heat from the chillies. Also ordered some buffalo wings with blue cheese sauce. And I paid what, about 15-16 pounds for that meal, absolutely worth it!
Little bit pricey but very tasty and medium rare burgers. Would recommend to friends as not many places do similar in Londres. will visit again

Back in Byron for another special, this time I went to their new restaurant in Chiswick, place was completely packed, windows gave a nice view to the high street and also the front ones can be opened probably a good idea on summer time
Best milkshake in town. Old school interior. very very friendly staff and good burgers. There's a kids menu and kids activity page if you want the kids to be busy while you enjoy your burger. They also serve craft beer and different types of fries. Good place to eat out if you are hungry.
Came in to have a chill diner, the place was pretty empty as we were here early but unlike the last time I had been a couple months before the staff was really nice and on point with service.
Food was great, overall good experience.

A fairly dimly lit branch of Byron; quick and polite service, a great vanilla malt milkshake.
Staff kindly let me take an extra milkshake cup out with no questions asked (I want to cut it up for a craft project).
Great quality burger, also staff are super friendly. Great atmosphere overall.
Excellent customer service! Dwayne and the team made me feel comfortable dining in and was asking for recommendation on their Menu which is the best and very good recommendation from Dwayne. So if you are around Chiswick High Road and fancy some good burger visit Byron’s Chiswick High Road.
Absolutely delicious meal - genuinely did not know a burger could be so good!!! This was my first time visiting a Byron burger and I was not disappointed.
Portions are really good (didn't even finish my fries) and the staff are incredible. I was served by Valerie and Duane - they were attentive, friendly and helpful.
The food is great but come for the service - the staff are vivacious, full of personality and genuinely funny!
I couldn't have asked for a better experience! The staff here are the best I've ever been served by, both the service and the cheerfulness of the staff was what made the great food here even better. We didn't get their names but just now (8.30pm Friday 5th October) we had service that I couldn't have predicted. Don't get me wrong, the food here is fantastic. Well cooked, well presented and the cheesy bacon chips were better than I was expecting. But, the service is what made me write this review. I wish I'd have got some names, but I know I will see them again. We had come from pretty much right next to this place, and I know for sure I will be coming back, hopefully to see the same people again. My girlfriend and I had a lovely meal. Come here for the people, stay for the good food 😉

Had cheese burger and it was really nicely cooked. It was medium cooked as we expected and the bun was soft. We also shared a stacked fries which was also very tasty. The service was very good, very friendly staff, Duane was super helpful. Nice atmosphere too.
It was my first time going to Byron in ages and I have to say I was really impressed! The burgers were cooked perfectly and tasted lovely . Our server was amazing - she was super friendly and attentive, and just had a great energy about her. I'll definitely be back again soon :)
