This place is an excellent local Italian restaurant eight in the heart of the Pimlico village. It's small, intimate with a currently small menu that they can adapt within reason to suit tastes. I have found the manager most welcoming and very friendly. It is really a nice place to sit and have a quiet meal with friends or indeed alone. There are plenty of locals (esp Italians) who frequent the place. Worth a stop. The food was very good but some of the dishes I had were a tad too oily for my liking (esp lasagna). It was otherwise delicious. Cant speak for deserts but starters were excellent. Only had vegetarian foods and they were able to accommodate my needs. Highly recommended.

Very nice little Italian style cafe. Coffee was excellent. I had the poached eggs and pancetta with toast. Croissants were amazing as well.

Carbonara came as one dry mass of stuck-together tagliatelli with absolutely no sauce. I told the staff at the end and they shrugged. Generally rubbish service; took ages to get them to take even a drinks order (even though place was mostly empty).

I'm starting with saying that I'm Italian. I ordered a piadina (kind of a panini but with flat bread) and it was disgusting. The rocket and tomatoes should be inside and not in the box. Almost no cheese inside and the ham was super salty! I'm extremely disappointed, I just had a couple of bites as I was starving but I can't have any more as it's unbearable (even my cat refused to eat the ham, and he is a very good eater of Italian food and ham!).

2.5 Stars. I'm very sorry to have to leave a bad review to this local independent business but the pizzas we ordered were very under par. While the toppings (e.g. Prosciutto, Mortadella, Scamorza Affumicata etc) were all of extremely good quality and fresh, they couldn't make up for the base and the tomato sauce which were an absolute disaster. In consistency, flavour and texture the base was closer to that of a water biscuit/cracker. The tomato sauce tasted like uncooked tomato purée (double concentrate) and there was far too much of it. It's a real shame because the toppings were all top quality.

Great experience. Has that real cozy, trendy Italian atmosphere. Prices are good and food is nice! We were helped out nicely by the employees since we suffered some choice difficulties as everything seemed delicious. They let us test out some cheese first for example to see if we liked it 😁. It's also located in a less crowded space in Pimlico which actually makes it more cozy for me.

I was pleasantly impressed by this unassuming Italian deli/restaurant. Despite being near the Victoria hubub, it seems relatively empty and quiet, and while the menu is simple, you can tell its all done well with well sourced ingredients. The sharing platters are copious, the pizza crunchy, and the whole thing ends up being surprisingly affordable!

There was only 1 staff that attended to the entire place during lunch hours. Place was extremely warm inside on a moderate sunny day. The interior looks undecided whether they are nice Italian restaurant or a cheaper but friendly Italian cafeteria. Food was mediocre. The lasagna and pizza had too much mozzarella cheese to taste anything else.
