Great Aussie Chicken Parmy night, shame they'd run out of Tim Tams and Shapes for the meal deal but we'll definitely be back!

Great staff, they were a little swamped on our visit so getting drinks was difficult. They also run out of VB, Tim Tams and Shapes on their Parmy Night. They underestimated the Australians hunger for their staple foods 😂

Traditional pub with a modern feel. There is a lovely outside area at the back and a lounge upstairs with large, comfy sofas and a pool table. Very friendly staff. It's just 50 metres off the Thames path and it's well worth popping in for a drink.

We hired out the Lion's Den for a hen-do and had such an amazing time.
Not only was the venue perfect for our party, but I felt that the staff truly went the extra mile for us.
The communication was excellent when we were setting up the logistics beforehand, and everyone involved before, and on the day, was very friendly, and eager to help us to make the day extra special for our lovely bride-to-be.

Now there are the sorts of pubs that, in my experience, have gone missing in recent times. A very distinctive atmosphere that almost forces you to chill out. And the very friendly barmaid only reinforced this. An absolutely wonderful place. It's quite small but very clean and tidy with an upstairs room with pool table and an outdoor area out the back. The Guinness was excellent as was the Harvey's Sussex Best. Come and experience it for yourself. And they play excellent music

I recently moved to Wandsworth and I couldn't be happier to find such a nice local pub just 2 min walk from my flat. The pub style is really unique, great beers and very good Sunday roast and burgers. If you live in the area or pass by, this is definitely a must for a pint on the go (or even two!).

Lovely pub and excellent service. Nice little garden at the back. Just a shame the pool table wasn't available and the Aussie beers were quite pricey (imports for you)! Recently went again for the parmi deal, great value and service was so quick!

We held my 40th birthday at The Cat’s Back and it was unbelievable. Craig and the team could not have been more welcoming and the pub was set up beautifully for us. All of our friends and family had a fantastic time and have been raving about the venue since. We also had party food provided and again it was great. Honestly don’t have a bad word to say about the place!

Lovely English pub, popped in for a drink and rest while walking the Thames walk. Good choice of beers and wine, had a glass of Marlborough NZ Sauv Blanc which was great! Comfy lounge chairs to relax back in, friendly, efficient service.
