Marco greeted us warmly. Paparazzi is a lovely and small restaurant with delicious food. We had glasses of wine and bruschetta to start. The tomatoes were so abundant and flavourful. My boyfriend had calamari and baccalà whilst I had a make your own pizza that overflowed the plate. The baccalà was creamy and crunchy. I didn’t try to the calamari but it looked excellent. The pizza was so big and so good. The cheese base was thin and crusty. The toppings were plentiful and the whole pizza was juicy. The absolute BEST part of the meal was the panna cotta. It was so delicious with the addition of pistachios. You MUST get this dessert.

I had the pleasure of dining at this small and cozy Italian restaurant, (I chose it because of its good rating and location near the event we were going to after dinner) and it was an experience I won't soon forget. Despite a hiccup of my friend being quite late due to train delays, the staff remained understanding and didn't put any pressure on us, making us feel truly welcome. The menu boasted a variety of tempting options, but I came specifically for their papardelle all'anatra. It was a delightful dish that exceeded my expectations. The pasta was cooked to perfection, and the balance of tender meat and flavorful sauce was simply divine. The chef's expertise truly shone through in every delicious bite. My friend ordered the capricciosa pizza. Both dishes were flawless, leaving our taste buds delighted and satisfied. The duck ragú stood out with its perfectly balanced flavours and generous portion size, while the capricciosa pizza was a true delight with its delectable combination of ingredients. The ambiance of the restaurant added to the charm of the evening with its simplicity. The cozy setting allowed us to relax and enjoy the company of good friends, without feeling rushed. The welcoming staff went above and beyond, even in the face of unexpected delays, making us feel truly at home. All in all, this Italian gem offers exceptional flavours and a warm atmosphere. Whether you're in the mood for the tantalising papardelle all'anatra or any other dish on their impressive menu, you can trust that your taste buds will be in for a treat. I highly recommend visiting this cozy restaurant for an outstanding Italian dining experience. Thank you to the staff for their understanding and welcoming hospitality. It is really normal that you shouldnt be expectant when coming to England. However, this restaurant showed me, that the food in England can be really good! The location is easy to find and the atmosphere is really good. The restaurant itself is very little but really comfortable. The service was very kind and attentive. I'd love to come here again!
