First time came here. Everything is excellent! Octopus salad and seafood paella are amazing. I brought my dog with me and I was surprised they are dog-friendly! And my dog got treats as well! Definitely will come back soon!

What a wonderful birthday experience! My partner brought me here tonight for a surprise dinner. The service was fantastic, the staff were warm, kind and welcoming. The atmosphere and decor gave lovely cosy autumn vibes. Great wine & drink selection on arrival. The food!!! Tapas were on a completely different level, I wish I’d brought a bigger group so I could try everything on the menu! I used to live in Spain and this gem in Mortlake would give some restaurants where I lived some very good competition! Thank you for making my birthday so special!

Amazing Tapas pub, lovely food options for vegetarians and non-vegetarians. To top it all, they have Leffe on draught! Very thoughtful interior design. We sat in the outside terrace - which is covered, lovely to host a private party.

I had booked ahead on a Friday August evening thinking it would be busy especially as the website suggested you should call if you want to book on Friday or Saturday. When we arrived there were perhaps two or three couples in the outside covered area and no one inside. We chose to sit inside because it wasn’t a very warm evening. Soon after we got there at 8pm one of the couples left and so generally, despite the Latin music, the atmosphere was non existent. The staff were very nice and we got the very generously portioned tapas dishes quickly. We ordered too much actually. Some were particularly nice like the goats cheese and spring greens and the manchego cheese with guava jelly. I also liked the little padron peppers (one dish will be enough for two to share). The patatas bravas didn’t seem all that fresh though. I realise that although food is important when you go out for a meal you’re also going out to people watch and be seen. So I can’t deny I was a little disappointed overall. Perhaps lack of parking puts some off? It’s free after 6.30 on the single yellow line right outside though. It was also not cheap. A meal for four was well over £200 and we didn’t have desserts or anything too fancy. No wonder local restaurants are quiet if they charge that much. We paid that kind of money to go to a Japanese place in Kings Road Chelsea where they assign you your own chef and cook your food in front of you!

One of our favourite restaurants. The service and food are always fantastic & it’s such a lovely, relaxed space. We brought my parents here for dinner as they were visiting from Wales & they loved the food and how friendly the staff were. As always we ordered far too much but really appreciated being able to take the leftovers home. Thank you for a lovely evening!

The visit to The Tapestry was a remarkable experience. We had come in quite late (9.30pm) but the staff was extremely accommodating, despite the kitchen closing soon. The 4 different tapas we ordered were all excellent, and my sangria was perfect for a hot summer day (it also looked gorgeous with a little rose in it!) Small acts of excellent service - bringing delicious bread and surprising us with ice cream - made the whole evening complete. Will definitely be back to this lovely restaurant with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere and delicious food.

I had to wait until my second visit before writing a review just to make sure that my first visit wasn't a fluke. I'm pleased to say that my second visit was as good as the first and in some respects even better. This time I selected different Tapas dishes and I have to say that they were as delicious as on my previous visit. The portions are generous and the presentation is appealing, I love the wooden paddles and individual frying pans that they are served in. The staff are extremely accommodating and focused on making your dining experience a memorable one. I ordered a bottle of wine; nothing wrong with it other than the it was a little too "bright" for my taste. This is no reason to return a wine but the staff offered to replace the bottle with a different one; I declined as there was nothing wrong with the wine, after 15 minutes the brightness faded or perhaps after the first glass I stopped caring. I have never encountered such attention to customer satisfaction in all my years of dining out, at the time of writing this review I'm making another reservation for this weekend.

Lovely dog friendly place. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Food was nice. The only negative is that meat balls and some other stuff , by the time arrived to the table there were cold. Also paella would be nicer if it had a bit more of seafood.
