Simple but impressive menu with all the faves there - fish and chips are a win, so is the burger. Portions are big, wine is delicious and ambience is really festive. There was live music while we were there and it made for a pleasant atmosphere that made you want to hang out long after you finish your meal.
Excellent pub loved the atmosphere, really enjoyed the fish and chips I do recommend it!!! The octopus was delicious and too salty but very good, the chicken wings were fantastic, and the avocado on toast was delicious but the Chile was too spicy. Would come back again , thanks to our waiter Ben S he made us feel very welcomed and never hesitated to check back on us.
Party place! Cool Atmosphere! Food is tasty! Fast service! The sitting area is outside or inside. Music Rock!
George the IV is a great pub that has changed a lot over the years my first visit was over 17 years ago, Garden is better now than ever and is a suntrap in good weather. Great range of beers especially the local London Pride. I always make a point of heading here when im back in Chiswick. Always good to watch the sport in and in a great location.
Good, lively atmosphere with frequent events such as live music and comedy shows to keep the place interesting. Standard London prices.
Busy but not overcrowded and the people are generally nice. Haven’t seen any problem customers after going with colleagues after work about 20-30 times in the past five years.
Went to comedy club which I thoroughly enjoyed - good mix of comedians for all tastes and the auduence loved them all.
Walked through the pub proper which was buzzing full of life - aircon and I think a band was playing. It looked like everyone was having a great time. Have been there before and had a meal which was great. All in all, a good experience

We went here for a pub quiz which was a lot of fun. The pub itself is well maintained, clean and comfortable. It was very hot out and the air con was a bit cold for my taste and needed a jacket. Drinks selection is good for beer. Tried a peach beer which was very nice and different.
Really nice pub with a nice garden, great tasting food, friendly staff and a nice range of beers to pick from. There's love music on a weekly basis and a nice space to rent for special occasions
Exceptional pub. Service is amazing. Drinks are fantastic. Food is great. And of course the events venue and schedule is top quality. Just excellent.
Have been going here since just before lockdown, is great for beer and groups, friendly staff, lovely beer garden and absolutely amazing live music on Friday and Saturday as well as the late night DJs. Definitely work local and friendly vibes as well as everyone loving everyone dancing!
