The location is great! As a first time visitor, i had fish and chips and pimms. They serve a generous pirtion. The haddock that was used for fish and chips was superb!!! very crispy but succulent inside.
Little place around the corner. We went, had a couple of drinks and the special British Fish n Chips. The location is good very central. The food was good. The drinks usual. I however liked the lady serving at the bar, shame I do not remember her name. It's quite busy during summer
Un super fish n chips!!!! Davvero, una frittura a regola d'arte del pesce che lo rende croccantissimo e morbido all'interno pur non ungendolo eccessivamente.. le patatine con le quali é accompagnato non sono nulla di che, le birre non mi sono piaciute. . Altra nota di merito per le alette di pollo...buonissime, e stra convenienti. Consigliatissimo per il fish n chips più qualche aletta
Ha! I found a rally good place with really good fish and chips. Its really quaint, very English with a good selection of food. I do halal so I was restricted to the fish and chips but it was amazing!
The staff and atmosphere were cute! The meals were really delicious! Especcially if you catch up their happy hours, you can drink good and different coctails for 4 pounds instead of 8 pounds.
The staff was friendly. The fish and chips was very good and the sauce nhamy!! Its a nice place to go after a long day and relax. The prices are ok.
Great atmosphere for a proper English Pub. The prices are a little touristy, but it was perfect for the cozy English vibes my friend and I needed.
Very good selection of beers and the staff was really friendly! (I regret not leaving tips..)

Nice english pub in the city center with quite a traditional look. Good place to try a beef pie with mashed potatoes and a beer. Fair prices but the place is a bit too crowded and noisy to have a conversation. However, the service was very fast and it also possible to order and pay through the app. Overall it is worth a visit
Stopped in for a quick beer. Cold beer. The staff was very friendly. It did not disappoint.

First ever time experienced authentic pub in UK, and I was delighted! Online reservation was needed because of central location in London near Piccadilly and good reviews...Staff was very nice and helpful. Ordering food and drinks at the bar and paying right away is a good thing. Crowded pub, delicious food, lovely desserts, fair prices... I can definitely recommend St James Tavern!
Nice traditional pub..warm and cozy place
Lovely little pub, nice atmosphere and staff very friendly. Very reasonably priced also. Had some nibbles when there which was yummy but had to leave to go to our show so couldn't order more. We loved it so much we returned the next day but sad to find it was packed and no space for us! Lovely little gem, will be back.

Best pub in London. Very friendly waiters. Leam was great and as sweet as he can be. Excellent pints and friendly crowd. We stayed for a week in Piccadilly and ended up going every nite. Food was excellent and my wife liked the fish and chips a lot. Thank you everybody for making it a memorable experience. We will be back!
Fantastic signature salad, especially with the chicken and crispy bacon if you're not a veggie. Bacon and Jack burger really good - fresh and succulent. Great atmosphere. And they know how to treat a pint!
