And on the seventh day the Lord said, "Fuck it, let's go to the Thai grocer, it's byob and the ingredients are so fresh they sell them through the day in their own grocery store".
Chili garlic cod in a palm sugar and crispy onion glaze in the most relaxed setting you can imagine all conspire to make this little gem sw18's best kept secret.
Great authentic Thai in Earlsfield. I stumbled across this hidden gem in Earlsfield a couple of weeks ago and felt I had to sing its praises! The owner of this small restaurant/cafe is attentive, friendly and informative without being intrusive. The first time we went we ordered take away, and got free Thai crackers and a selection of dipping sauces to try while we waited which was great – the type of service that makes you want to return to a place! Everything we’ve tried there, from the salt and pepper squid to the panang curry has been fresh and of outstanding quality! I’d highly recommend to anyone looking to try a new Thai in SW London
Best Thai outside Thailand. Love this place - I hardly ever write reviews but felt like I must as this place is awesome. Small cute little place with an extremely friendly and helpful owner. After spending a month in Thailand this is the best thai I've had outside of Thailand. Love the pad thai inside the egg - salt and pepper calamari is awesome, currys are delicious. Its out local and we love it. Very reasonably priced and BYO so what an added bonus.
A local Find. What an unusual find in Earlsfield - good basic Thai cooking (with not an orchid in sight!) at a very reasonable price particularly as they have no licence at the moment so you can BYOB!
Do try the beef salad, and chicken with basil. The service is personal, quick, clean by Kuen ( Hong Kong Chinese) while Kannikar serves in the kitchen.
Lots of magazines for a leisurely breakfast or coffee and good selection of Thai/Chinese groceries.
Get there before it becomes too popular!

Again, I find myself tucking into delicious food at The Thai Grocer-in Garratt Lane, Jungle Curry with Cod, spicy succulent fish that just tastes so good. It is my favourite of Wandsworth
Lovely Thai meal. Had a great meal last night at Thai Grocer. We started with the Thai fish cakes, which were light and tasty. The Roast Duck Red Curry had a great balance of flavours and was wonderfully fragrant and the sticky rice was probably the best we've had. Also had the Beef Massaman Curry which was robust and enjoyable. The owner also gave us some of his own time to give me some tips on making my own curry. Would really recommend this place.
Best Thai!. My flatmates and I pop into the Thai Grocer for dinner as often as possible, friends visiting request to be taken as they've heard us rave about it and noone has been disappointed. The consistent feedback is "That was the best Thai I've ever had". That's just the food, the service is just as great, friendly, efficient & chatty in a good way, you want to pop in and catch up. Such a great local restaurant!
The best Thai I know in London. Was wandering Earlsfield on a quiet afternoon when I came across this absolute stunner. The service and environment were great and the food absolutely fantastic - great clean flavours and nice presentation. The best Thai i've found in London so far and very reasonably priced, I will be going back many many times.
Best restaurant in earlsfield !
Fantastic Food, Friendly Service. Took my young son here for an evening meal and had a wonderful time. The staff are lovely, the food is superb and the whole experience was just great. We will definitely be regular visitors. Highly recommend!
Popped in for some Thai ingredients and could not have received better service. The owner is amazing. Super helpful and knowledgeable. He gave loads of recommendations and tips and even demonstrated how to make gyoza! What a culinary adventure. Will definitely shop here again.
Best Thai in the area - only one that actually uses apple- and pea-aubergines for that great authentic taste. Great Green Chicken & Green Fish curry take aways, with those essential traditional ingredients.
Great selection of items. Will definitely be returning. Ended up buying way more than I thought I would be when going in. Found so many things which looked tasty.
Staff are super helpful and friendly.

Thai green curry with a flavour of Thailand, well balanced flavours and attentive staff. One should be early around lunchtime as it's filling up fast.
This is a beautiful restaurant turned take away. Food is freshly made. Authentic Thai food and great service. When i move I will miss having this place on my doorstep
Lovely little Thai restaurant with great food. The owner was very informative and really made us feel welcome. We found out that he sources pastes and sauces from Thailand and sells them to supermarkets. We ended up buying some and using them to cook Thai dishes at home. Can honestly say that everything so far has tasted great.
Will definitely be coming back to this gem.
Can’t speak highly enough of the quality of Thai food you get here. Every dish tastes fresh and full of flavour - having sampled nearly half the menu now I can’t believe I haven’t found a dish that disappoints! Highly recommend as one of the best Asian food restaurants in SW London. And you get a great deal on the price too. Good quality, reasonably priced, what more could you want.
The food is excellent, some of the best Thai food you will eat. The family that run the Thai grocer are friendly, professional and very helpful, they always make you feel welcome.
The food is always cooked with fresh ingredients and is consistent. They even have a little shop inside where you can buy ingredients to make your own Thai food.
I have taken friends, family, wives, girlfriends and work colleagues here and they have all loved it. A hidden gem.
Awesome food from a lovely family led kitchen. For the quality of food the prices are very reasonable.
Gorgeous good and friendly service as always. My favourite Thai restaurant 😍
