The chef is a genius to come up with a creative menu with a combination of various cuisines! Loved his special brownies for dessert. Onion bajji with dips.

Superb place for small plates to share, 100% vegan and plant based and super tasty and healthy options! We had the corn fitters (highly recommended), Samosa's, Cassava Chips, BBQ wings, Risotto (great as a main) and loaded Cassava.

Visiting Redemption is like going into flavors adventure. I loved that everything is vegan - I’m vegan curious- so I like trying new things. The staff were lovely, the chef was there and the food was delicious. I would recommend the chef to add more jackfruit in the dish since it was very tiny portion.

Fantastic options and great service. We had: the samosas, they were very authentic and the sauce was to die for; the loaded chips with chilli with a nice bit of spice; and the bbq jackfruit. Three different cuisines executed very well, with authenticity. We sampled some wine and some cocktails too. It was a touch pricey for the drinks, but overall worth it.

This restaurant is under new management and as such have released a new menu. Also they now serve alcohol! Mains were very tasty, food is well presented but on the pricey side (to be expected for the location). Dessert was a bit disappointing as the polenta cake was dry and dense and the brownie was strangely salty and stuck to the roof of your mouth. Purple corn ice cream was delicious though! Good place to eat at if you want something plant based and are in Covent Garden/ Leicester Square area.

Lovely Vegan and Vegetarian Restaurant.. Decor inside is very trendy and has that instagramable look to it! Not a massive amount of choice on the menu but there is something for everyone from Veggie burgers to delicious porridge.. Would recommend for somewhere for lunch if your in the area.

If you are into healthy, clean and vegetarian food this is your place. The kale salad is delicious as well as the gluten free bread. I’m rating it a 4 because the service was a bit slow. Other than that 5/5. And as all healthy free-from food expect high prices.

The food is top quality and I loved the burger with the charcoal bun, super nice touch. Only 4 starts because the service is a bit slow and you have to keep calling the waiters to get you anything. The location in Covent Garden is lovely.

July/August 2019 Highly recommend! Top quality food (all gluten free and vegan), lovely interior and great atmosphere. I’ve read about this place many times and since I’ve moved to London (9 months ago) I wanted to come here and see if it was as good as reviewed. I finally made it and this place definitely lives up to its reputation!! I was so pleased by what I had (lunch) that I made a booking for brunch straight away. On my first visit I had the Jack Soft Tacos: blue corn tacos with spicy jackfruit, guacamole, chipotle mayo and pineapple salsa. I have never had such a well-seasoned and well-prepared jackfruit ever before. It was juicy, flavoursome, soft to eat yet not soggy or falling apart. In general, the dish is quite soft in texture (as the name already suggests) yet if one wanted, eating it by hand would probably be possible as the filling-taco-size is a good ratio. It was a good portion size and very satisfying. Ingredients are fresh and of high quality and the plate is appealingly arranged. Waiting time for the dish is absolutely reasonable and while waiting one can enjoy the very picturesque inner courtyard of Neal’s Yard. To my taste, the pineapple salsa, although it complimented the spiciness of the jackfruit wonderfully, was a bit too much due to the sweetness of the fruit. I gave the same feedback when the waitress took my plate and she confirmed to forward my remarks to the kitchen. When I came for brunch, I had an equally pleasant experience. I had the buckwheat pancakes with seasonal fruit. Texture of the pancakes was perfect: fluffy yet dense, and even though they sat on maple syrup and were topped off with coconut cream they did not get soggy. The caramelized pecans made a nice crunchy contrast to the otherwise soft texture of the dish and the amount of fruit was generous. Portion size is absolutely filling. However, although I appreciate generosity with ingredients, to my taste the dish had too much maple syrup. As the fruit is rich in flavour and the pecans are caramelised as well, it accumulated in a lot of sweetness. I love buckwheat for its distinct, nutty flavour, however the sweetness from the syrup & fruits almost drowned out the flavour of the buckwheat. Less syrup would perfectly suffice, and one could even add some lemon zest to compliment the sweetness of the fruit and the taste of the coconut cream, which was absolutely gorgeous in regard to flavour and texture. In general, both dishes were arranged appealingly, in addition to the high-quality ingredients, eating here is a pleasure for eye and taste buds and a wholesome enjoyable meal time. Also, service staff is absolutely professional. They are very friendly and welcoming and absolutely knowledgeable in regard to the menu, giving helpful advice. To round it all off, the interior and facilities are nicely decorated and clean and make the duration of the stay very enjoyable. There is only one remark left that I’d like to point out: the prices on the menu online differ from the prices at the restaurant. I highly recommend this place. Although it is higher-priced, given the high quality of ingredients, choices/range, facilities and service & kitchen staff, it definitely is worth every penny and great value for money.
