Nadine/ Nadia lovely waitress from Greece (terrible with names) always looks after our family so well. My mother lives on the road and after 4 months away in Africa, great to see the usual faces. Staff remain for years, not months like the chains. As a guy who works in the industry this says a lot. I’m vegan, and I have the veg pasta a lot, mix up a few specials? I’m sure we will be back in the next fortnight either way! They really know their regulars and it’s always nice to see your mother looked after by the neighbourhood venue. Thanks guys

The servers were pretty attentive. As a party of 10 our server remembered all of our quirky orders and gave good recommendations. The burger was pretty delicious, perfect medium rare, tasted like cast iron grill with a hint of smoking, very good! Sadly the atmosphere was a bit lacking, the music was a bit odd as well. Overall the food was great, service was good but the atmosphere was not quite right.

I have been to MKs 3 time recently and have been delighted with the whole experience: food,service,room and value for money. The food has been delicious for both my husband and me. I want to try the entire menu. The service is ALWAYS friendly, fast and efficient. And it's a very attractive, light airy room. I don't understand the negative comments, I feel if a different place has been reviewed. I will go back soon.

I had a good experience there last night, and contrast to the negative comments previously made, the service was good and the food was good. Perhaps it was the timing - it was early and not busy. However I was also puzzled about the service charge. I wasn’t able to figure out if it was already added in or not - which I thought was a little wacky. It just was not clear and the waitress was not forthcoming. In sum, I escaped with a good experience but may not return. There are many good places out there.

I had my Retirement Lunch here today with around 15 guests. Some arrived a little later than the planned time of Noon, but we were all attended to with efficiency and our orders were taken without fuss. The food arrived very quickly and was all cooked to perfection. No one had any complaints. The Deserts were also nicely presented and we did not have too long a wait. The wine was pleasing and we all had a wonderful afternoon. Some of us hung around for a little while afterwards and we were not pressured in to leaving. I can highly recommend this venue.

The food was prepared and delivered quickly and was good quality for what you paid for. The desserts in particular were excellent. The servers themselves weren't too bad, although a little brusque. It was relatively busy but not manic, although from the attitude most of them seemed to have, you would think it was.
