Café Nero is a chain in UK , and you will find a lot of these cafes
around. Actually for me , this place was
everywhere . :)
Friend and I were just roaming around and decided to sit here as we crossed the
place . In the cold weather who doesn’t like a hot choclate.
Ambiance : OIt has good seating space , With couches and of
course free wi fi . You can come here and work too.
Very comfortable seating .

The Hot choclate was
Ok, Nothing too great about it and even the coffee was rightly ok . They both tasted good in
the cold weather. :)
The cookie though was perfect .
Recommended if you are looking a place to sit for long hours
and just hang out or work .

NERO CAFé around the corner of Trafalgar Square saved me!
Indeed, it is located on a hidden spot and it usually has a bit more space than other places in the area. The place is on two floors and there are couches where you can relax and drink a cup of coffee while you read or surf the Internet. What I definitely liked was the atmosphere thanks to some songs from the 50s and the relaxing pace of the environment.
Besides, at NERO you can collect a point every time you go and after a quantity of 10 coffees you get one free. I must say it respects the price of a coffee in London at any other chain, but the quality of the espresso is superior.
For these reasons, I would advice you to go for any break at any time!
London has no dearth of franchise coffee shops but besides Costa, I especially like Nero - coffee is always great! You have the choice of ordering a pot of tea which is excellent if you want to linger and work on your tab, using the free wifi service. There is a good choice of snacks and shakes if you are in the mood for one on your way to work. I especially like their cakes, try the red velvet when it's available. Friendly service and there's always a Nero in a strategic location in town:-)
There was a bit of a line when I visited, but being where it is, it makes sense. The line for the restroom was longer than the for coffee.
I had the Banana and Walnut Loaf Bread. Was very good. I also enjoyed all of the tables to sit at. Nice to take a break from all of the walking
Great coffee, probably one of the few places that has customer toilets. Staff don't really react with customers very well.

Ideal to grab a tasty coffee when passing near Trafalgar Square. The staff is friendly but the service is a little slow.
Love this branches location. Spacious with comfortable seating and plenty.of power points for all your electrics.

However the toilets were out of order.

One of the best local coffees in London, really nice staff & the coffee latte was delicious & hot 🤩 .. banana & nut cake is recommended 🫶🏻

Great place to chill, particularly on a hot sunny day. Strategically located just opposite Trafalgar Square. Cozy ambience. Ample seats with good service too. Staff were attentive with good manners. Serves italian coffee with reasonable price. Caffe Nero is a chain of cafe in London, not to be missed.
Excellent location and cozy atmosphere.
The shop was nice, clean and tidy on a Sunday early morning visit. It was not busy, I did not have to wait and my drink also was ready in a couple of seconds.
The barista lady was very kind and nice. She prepared a tasty flat white that I can definitely recommend.
Plenty of tables available, toilet and plugs for charging devices.
