Our team love food, that's why we're a meal-delivery company. We wanted to try something we can't make ourselves and we certainly got that at Kiru. The dishes are little works of art. We ordered about 10 dishes and none of them disappointed, we were constantly amazed. There are lots of carb-free options if you're trying to be healthy.

I loved it so much that I'm already planning my next visit! The restaurant itself was so gorgeous with a live blossom tree inside the restaurant that I was initially worried it would be style over substance. When I tried the truffle teriyaki with poussin, I stopped worrying and just ate! Sushi was nice and fresh, tempura was deliciously light and I'd highly recommend the slightly spicy antichuco sauce. Staff were very friendly - there was an uplifting atmosphere inside Kiru - I left on a high.

Recently reopened after a considerable and dramatic refurbishing, you can dine in style under beautiful Japanese cherry blossoms. The varied menu will satisfy vegetarians as well as sushi lovers. The attentive staff made excellent suggestions and we left already wondering when we could make it back for a second experience. The photos posted do not do it justice. Well worth a visit!

The food here was better than the reviews suggest but I do agree that the ambience of the restaurant is odd. There is something missing when it comes to the feel of the place despite its upmarket decor. The staff were friendly enough but varied from too keen to a bit unsure. With a few more patrons the vibe might have been different.

Kiru is a wonderful dining experience and one of Groupon's best deals. We ordered a feast for 6 between the 2 of us including Wagyu beef, Sous Vide Smoked Salmon, Grilled Asparagus, Yellowtail fillet, Chicken Skewers, and a Mixed Mushroom salad. The food tasted as great as it looks, and the staff are welcoming and good humoured. Our lunch booking was a breeze. They accepted our app notification instead of the paper voucher. Kiru has amazing sushi, freshly prepared and delicious! The staff are so friendly and they greet you on arrival. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone, and ideal for a Birthday or Celebration due to the price you are paying.

It's pretty ridiculous that reviewers are giving poor reviews because of the payment method. This phone thing is actually standard and used while worldpay is being set up. Atmosphere can be a little odd but this is the location and it is a little expensive but the food is excellent.

Very good, but expected to pay for over priced food which is served by delightful but far too many staff. Also, they need to have a way of distinguishing between still and sparkling water (such as a lemon in the glass), as they kept filling our glasses with the incorrect type, two of us had still and two were sparkling, but we all ended up with sparkling.

This place is amazing and my new favourite Japanese in the neighborhood. Cocktails are fantastic, the food is sublime. I used to go to Yashin (which is also very good) but now, Kiru gets my vote!

The sushi is fresh, the dishes are flavourful, desserts are heavenly, super smooth cocktails, extensive list of drinks AND the best service from a non-Michelin starred restaurant! A friend of mine suffers from celiac disease and the team here were able to accommodate her with a specially prepared Spicy Tuna Avocado role! We made two visits in 3 days!
