We went yesterday about 8.30pm - was empty so was not sure.. However, we ordered the food from the enthusiastic young Aussie waiter. We loved the.fiteer...We tried 3 different flavours all were excellent.. We were really happy with our choices. We also had the opportunity to share each others, easy to share. I thought the fiteer were similar to stuffed parathas, or stuffed naans crossed with a pizza/Calzone. Absolutely definitely recommend. .

Great place, great location, amazing staff that make you feel like you are home. The pies are delicious. They are exactly like the ones we so love in Egypt, but not with so much grease. Just perfect! The prices are extremely reasonable too. We were a group of 9 people, and our bill came to £88. So less than £10 each, and we shared so many pies together, in addition to teas and soft drinks. We were full by the end of the night. Do yourself a favour and go eat there! You're in for a treat :)

Loved the atmosphere of the place! Great pit stop for food and resting our tired feet after much walking around the market. The staff was extremely friendly and nice, offering our children balls of dough to play with. To be honest, we were expecting pie along the likes of shepard pie (crispy pie crust with chicken and mashed potato fillings) before we entered. Nevertheless, the pies here are really tasty and filling. Watch the crowd go by as you fill your belly with tasty pastry filled with melted cheese and ingredients of your choice.

Superb! They make authentic Egyptian pies (also called feteer), with a great range of different fillings, including halal pastrami, beef and sausages. Everything tasted great. The atmosphere is nice and service is friendly. The decor is great too. It's near both covent garden and Leicester Square stations, so a really nice location. All in all its a great experience and would definitely go again. The only downside is that they don't have a baby changing room, but I think that's not so common to find in restaurants in London.

A delicious made-to-order savory pastry, reminds a bit of burek or bourekas, made with delicate layers of a remarkably thin and crispy dough. Worth waiting a couple of minutes. The only thing missing is a vegan option! Would be great to have a potato filling as well or something of that sort. Lovely staff!

Great very thin pizza pie with a very thin top crust, so it is really a combination of a great Burek with a pizza. We had the veg and mix cheese and it was very light and yummi. They also have vegan options beside meat

Excellent service and great Egyptian pies. I went in expecting a traditional British pie having failed to properly look at the menu, but I was hugely happy with our decision to eat here. The portion sizes were great and the price reasonable. If I'm passing here again I'll be seriously considering eating here again.

Plenty of beer choices. Go for the pies, the rest doesn't meet the standard set by other places in the area.

I had never heard of this place before nor knew of the this egyptian "pie". I had stumbled on this place after a bit of shopping and walking from covent garden to Leicester sq. I looked through the window and studied the menu and thought "why not" and I wasn't disappointed, I really enjoyed it. Firstly, its not a pie in the traditional british sense, more a light pastry parcel which is filled with some delicious filling. It comes in a big square which is divided up. The place is in a nice location, pretty cramped but aren't all eateries in the west end? But I really liked the concept and the dish, its something different. I had the spicy chicken pie and it was very very filling. I will be back, maybe try a veggie option next time. Service was fine, everything arrived speedily and overall it was a very pleasant lunch.
