A great wine bar... truly! Where you, the customer, and the wines... are the important focus. A recent visit reminded me why this has been a regular haunt for over 20 years. And the standard is as good as it ever was. When I worked around the corner 20 years back, I used to hold team meetings here; and lots of team and family socials too. I loved the lunches. It's reassuring to find not much has changed in terms of the focus on a warm welcome, unpretentious hospitality, great wines at prices that won't make you weep, and all in an atmospheric setting under the railway arches. It's very London, in a hidden gem sort of way. Come on... treat yourselves; bring some friends or colleagues and enjoy super, really well-chosen wines in a great space, with lovely, friendly staff. A tucked-away gem of a bar. I love it - you're gonna love it too!

Love this place. Gets busy on a Friday, but otherwise a perfect place for a quiet drink. Extensive by-the-bottle wine selection (by the glass is more limited). The owner/manager is hugely welcoming and always happy to help finding you a table or a bottle of wine! Perfect place for a catch up with a friend.
