Beautiful place. The food is absolutely amazing, with every dish being pleasant and cooked to the highest of standards. Must try the Bibendum egg and the duck jelly topped with caviar. Dessert must be the chocolate soufflé. Claude Bosi will undoubtedly get his long awaited third star very soon.

This is a true hidden gem that deserves to be kept as a personal secret. Nestled behind thick walls and surrounded by a postmodern glass palace, this stage for savior vivre captures the essence of celebrating life. Upon entering the restaurant, a sense of tranquility fills the air as each patron floats on their own island of contentment. The service is nothing short of fantastic, with attentive staff who make you feel truly taken care of. The decor of is meticulously curated, perfectly aligned with the spirit of "Bibendum." Shades of blue and mesmerizing interplays of light and shadow create an enchanting ambiance that enhances the dining experience. Far away from the sweaty, route National. Instead, you are treated to an exclusive culinary journey that avoids excessive frills and surprises the palate with the innovative wizardry of the kitchen. The cuisine is truly sublime, offering a noble and unconventional taste experience. The chefs' mastery is evident in every dish, as they skillfully blend flavors and ingredients to create a symphony on the plate. For the ultimate indulgence, I highly recommend trying the lunch menu. It is a true feast that will leave you in awe. Chapeau

Dining at the Oyster Bar: A charming space for an absolutely delightful meal from start to finish. Started with a very dry oyster martini. Moved on to a selection of oysters paired with a reasonably priced bottle of Alsatian Pinot Blanc. For starters Tomato salad and Crab salad. Both delicious, although they were best when combined. Mains: an absolutely outstanding crab orecchiette that we know we'll be craving for a long time to come. And a very nice shrimp burger that failed to delight only because the hash brown on there really adds nothing but gummy heft. The accompanying fries were mostly little fry pieces rather than nice long fries. Finished with a perfectly executed crème brûlée, a very satisfying cherry clafoutis, and a glass of Sauternes.

Epic. No other words for it. I took 14 staff out for dinner. Great service. Grast location. Great food. The food. Wow. Had excellent fish. Starters were amazing. Lots of us tried oysters for the first time and puddings were a sensation. Will be back very soon.

We were looking forward to going here for such a long time. And it was worth the wait.. The building and the interior are a restaurant lovers dream. The original 'michelin' building!!. Once inside, the interior, due greatly to the original stained glass windows, are outstanding The staff are the most accommodating and friendly bunch that you could ever wish to meet. With great knowledge of the dishes. We opted for the 3 course lunch menu. Which was really 8 or 9 courses, with the extra (suprise) courses!. And a very pleasant, 3 hour lunch. With a quick visit to the kitchen just to set off an amazing afternoon. Everything about the lunch was brilliant.

The oyster bar on the ground floor is lovely with some excellent fish & seafood. Highlight of the evening was the Tarama and the Lobster 🦞

We had a lovely meal here with friends. The service was absolutely exceptional. We went for one of the tasting menus with a few bottles of recommended wine. The photos speak for themselves. Fantastically presented and treated delicious all in the setting of a previous Michelin headquarters. We have been to many similar restaurants over the years, and the attention to detail and quality of the service was second to none. We shall definitely be going back. Highly recommended!

Went to the oyster bar. Everything we ordered felt very fresh. The sauces complemented each dish nicely.

we did the oyster bar, I recommend just doing oysters and maybe some small dishes because we did the seafood platter for 100£ and while it did have some nice items on it, we were disappointed that the crab wasnt fully opened up for us when it was served. Crab shell was super hard to crack open, quite messy, so I dont recommend wearing anything you dont want ruined if eating the crab here. Service was stellar to begin with we had about 3 different people come take our order but then we sort of got ignored for the next hour when the place got busier. The cocktails were superb. We went earlier than we probably should have (630) so by the time we finished eating the ambiance was much better (dark lighting and candlelight as opposed to daylight when we arrived). Overall I would try it again but as I said I would just do a selection of oysters next time instead of the big seafood platter. The jersey oysters were some of the best oysters Ive ever had and they were the cheapest ones on the menu so I can’t imagine how good the other oysters must be!
