Mike's Cafe was a hidden gem. It was recommend by our BNB host and we are glad we could be there for breakfast. Great food and very hospitable staff. Try a heart English breakfast with bacon, baked beans and eggs.

Such great food, great service and cozy place!
Definetly worth the price and the experience!
The Jacket Potato was too good and the desert Chocolate Fudge Cake was perfect!

Ahhhhh you just gotta love this place!!! My regular caf for a good old post hangover fry up.

Mike's has a great community feel to it and the staff are so friendly and on the ball! The food is always just what the doctor ordered and they aren't stingy with their portions either!!!

I have been here more than 50 times and will be back for years to come. I do love trying different breakfast spots for something new but for a fry up, this is the one I'll always come back to!!!

Super hungry and in the area I walked into Mikes Cafe. Straight to the point: the food was nice, it wasn't the best meal in my life but good enough for me to come back. The staff was fun enough as well and I actually had a decent lunch, so if you're in the area and you need to fill the void, this is an interesting place to be. 

I also heard interesting things about the breakfast so I will try to  come back for that.

I have been a loyal customer of this place because it helps me grab a quick snack whenever I am hungry. It is just a stone throw away from my place. I have usually ordered the Veggie Special and yesterday I was more than disappointed with what I ate. The has brown patty that has been added is not just oily but also bland. You will not want to eat it. I think the change in the menu is a good move by the management.

I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. I have been here only once and now I am a huge fan of the establishment. the eggs Benedict that i had ordered were both sumptuous and delectable. The service is pot on and the staff is friendly. The prices are also reasonable. recommended.

This place often gets busy in the afternoon. They are famous for serving some delicious dishes having huge portions and very filing. The best time to go their is early morning when it is not too much filled with people and you can enjoy a quiet and relaxing meal at this place.

If you are looking for a clean and affordable place for breakfast then this is just the right place to be. I was pleasantly surprised with the variety that they were offering. The mushrooms were nicely cooked and the eggs were a treat in the morning. I appreciate the friendliness of the staff. They help you choose just the right thing for you. Go there soon!

Walking down the market, we passed by this place and decided to stop by for a morning bite and could not be more glad. The place is small and there is a waiting but not long. The food is delicious, portions are huge, service is incredible and they serve lollipops at the end! Whatelse? Do visit!

This restaurant is perfect to cure an early morning hangover after a heavy night. the English breakfast served here is delicious and well worth the long queue. They have an outdoor seating where you can see all kinds of people walk by. the meal is reasonably priced with generous portions.

Absolutely great. I had full English and it was perfect. Fresh, hot and plenty on the plate. Mrs had French toast with fruit. Service was super friendly and prices reasonable for London. I'll always aim here when nearby. Well done Mike 👏

Service was really efficient in this busy cafe. I ordered gammon with eggs and bubble and squeak. The gammon was great - very succulent. Eggs cooked well, but the bubble and squeak was a little bit loose and underseasoned. The full breakfast was delicious with the hash browns in particular being the highlight. Really friendly staff were a credit to the place

Excellent service and fast. BUT expensive £62 for two people! I ordered pancakes 🥞 and it came with a generous portion of fruit. The package itself was just OK coffeewas nice though. I am still in the hunt of the dream, fluffy, juicy, and tasty pancakes.

Lying in the heart of Notting Hill, this cafe featured a great array of food on its menu and offered great outdoor dining tables (some shaded, some night) to enjoy the food! I had the eggs Benedict which I must say was pretty great other than being a little cold. 🥰 I also had an iced mocha which was served in a cute mason jar and was delicious but arrived a little while after the food… The only let down to this delightful experience was having to ask for the bill 3 times over a lengthy period of time before it was actually brought over

Very cute brunch restaurant located conveniently across the notting hill book store! The atmosphere was fantastic and lively, recommend sitting outside to feel the ambiance at its fullest. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Highly recommend getting their freshly squeezed orange juice, especially if they have blood oranges for the day. So delicious!

Fantastic English breakfast, fast service, friendly staff and "only good vibes". 👍 I recommend wholeheartedly. I just wish it hadn't been so busy so I could have sat outside too! Perfect place and no wonder the reviews are so positive! 100% deserves this, thank you.

A local institution still serving up delicious eats. We loved our breakfast - fresh ingredients, beautifully presented. It can be hard to find well cooked bacon at times but not here. Crispy and thick. Service was friendly and quick. Buzzing atmosphere in a quirky-designed space. Highly recommended spot for all your morning food cravings.

Little spot in the heart of Notting Hill and just off Portobello Road. They serve all British traditional dishes. From jacked potatoes to full English breakfast. Including the classic egg royal and co. Omelettes, pancakes and French toast. Burgers and fish and chips. Good coffees and fresh orange juice. The portions are generous and tasteful. Very friendly staff. Be prepared to queue up outside on the weekends as it is a popular spot. I’d go back again.
