Be our guest, so good. Service and food plus the harpist. Only issues were meeting at the far end of the dining area that had nothing to do with this experience. It was loud. Nobody was at the reception desk to meet us and another party, and we had a laugh knocking on doors until we found someone. I
My partner and I brought our daughter here to celebrate her birthday. We had the beauty and the beast themed afternoon tea. The sandwiches were lovely, and so were the desserts. The harpist played beautifully. I spent £200 for the 3 of us, though, so it isn't the cheapest. I did kind of expect them
Beauty and the Beast afternoon tea was phenomenal! The table was laid out beautifully, with little replicas and cups from the film, and the harpist was incredible - my compliments to her!!
Took my partner for her birthday to the beauty and the beast themed afternoon tea. We had an incredible time, the sandwiches were lovely and you could have more! The same could be said for the array of different teas there were too! The presentation was great with everything having a meaning behind
One of the best meals I’ve had in a while. Perfectly cooked, beautifully presented and impeccable service. I’d definitely go back.
We had an amazing experience at this restaurant, kindly and professionally served by Sophie. The dishes were delicious and the wine selection very well paired with the food selection. Thank you all, from the reception team, chefs and all the staff.
My husband took me here for our 5th wedding anniversary, the food was beautifully presented and delicious! Edmond the assistant manager was very friendly and attentive. He even opened up the Palm Court (where we said our vows 5 years ago!) for us to have our dessert. He did his absolute best to en
An excellent fine dining experience. The venue is located in a famous hotel and you are delivered five-star treatment. The design of the restaurant is similar to a wedding banquet hall with columns, marble, flowing curtains and a harp. The front of house staff is charming, welcoming and courteous.
Used the groupon offer for 3-course dinner forn2 with a glass of champagne. Note that few options do not incur extra cost.
Bought a Groupon voucher for £70 for 3 courses plus prosecco for 2. Ended up with a bill for another £70 with extras and supplements. The food was good and the service from our waiter, Faizal, attentive and friendly.
