Had an absolutely superb evening at Homage on Saturday. It was a surprise for my partners birthday and I wanted to make it extra special by proposing to him. The staff at Homage went above and beyond to help with my request and had a special menu printed with my proposal on it. My dessert plate was presented with Congratulations written in chocolate and we were given champagne on the house! A truly unforgettable evening for us both. Extra special thanks to Tsvetelina and Javier xxx

"Hoity toity" were the exact words used when I told my friends I was going for dinner at the Waldorf. And they were right - I've been to a fair few fancy places in the past few years but this place lies somewhere near the top of that list. So straight away, yes, the service, decor and ambience were all pretty much flawless and worth the ticket entry alone.

There were twenty two of us there as a party, split evenly across two round tables. This of course essentially meant that there were two dinners tonight - I would probably stick to eleven maximum if you were thinking of doing something similar. But regardless of the logistics everyone had a fabulous time (some even choosing to take their place cards home as a memento. Aw).

If it's taking me a while to get to the food that's because... well it was the only thing that managed to disappoint. As is typical with these things, we were on the set menu and I had chosen the carrot and broccoli soup (a standard pick now), the chicken dish for main and ginger cake for dessert. All were above average, but in a place like this "above average" isn't quite good enough. The special non alcoholic cocktail made for us was very nice though.

After splitting some sides, the final bill came to a clean £30 per head most of which seemed to go towards the service rather than the food. But still it was worth it for the experience and company, but if all you are is hungry then I can think of a fair few places on that posh list of mine you'd be better off visiting instead.

I went to celebrate Christmas with a small group of friends. It was a lovely place and the staff were really attentive and helpful. Most of us had the Christmas dinner which was lovely although those that had the Christmas pudding not particularly wowed with it.

A really nice place to catch up with friends though and I would recommend.

Excellent food, high level of service and beautiful interior. I had to push my reservation by half an hour very late in the day and they were fine with it. The food came in good time, the waiters were friendly and nice but the people are welcomed us to the restaurant and got our coats weren't that great I would say. I was there on a groupon deal and I had a feeling they are not being that nice to us just because of that! I left my phone in my jacket pocket, so had to go back and ask the lady who got our coats to bring it back. She directed me to the cloakroom where everyone's coat was neatly hung up and our coats were just thrown on a chair like they're rubbish! That kind of bothered me, but I guess these are just boring details!

Bottom Line: Food is exceptionally good and the service is good. One of the very few restaurants that I have felt has been worth so much money.

Me and my partner always enjoys eating outside and at Homage Grand we had a lovely evening together - the food was fantastic, the service was amazing, and the whole experience was a feast for the senses. It was pretty quiet when we went on weekend. The cocktails was amazing, but other than that the food was so fab that we have become fans of this restaurant no complaints at all. Had to push back our reservation very last minute which they were completely fine with. All staff very friendly and accommodating. Food was very impressive and excellent quality. Would definitely recommend it to all my family and friends.
We have already reserved the table for our next visit in advance and my partner cant wait to go...

Be our guest, so good. Service and food plus the harpist. Only issues were meeting at the far end of the dining area that had nothing to do with this experience. It was loud. Nobody was at the reception desk to meet us and another party, and we had a laugh knocking on doors until we found someone. It was still well worth it, and thanks to all the people at the hotel who made it special

My partner and I brought our daughter here to celebrate her birthday. We had the beauty and the beast themed afternoon tea. The sandwiches were lovely, and so were the desserts. The harpist played beautifully. I spent £200 for the 3 of us, though, so it isn't the cheapest. I did kind of expect them to make a little effort to present my daughter with a dessert, wishing her a happy birthday as I stated we were coming to celebrate her birthday prior to arriving, as this was the case when we visited the Ivy in Chelsea, but nothing. The harpist did play happy birthday, but we were not sure it was for us as other guests may have been celebrating their birthday too. We didn't receive the lychee sorbet at the end either, but our hostess was lovely

Beauty and the Beast afternoon tea was phenomenal! The table was laid out beautifully, with little replicas and cups from the film, and the harpist was incredible - my compliments to her!!

Took my partner for her birthday to the beauty and the beast themed afternoon tea. We had an incredible time, the sandwiches were lovely and you could have more! The same could be said for the array of different teas there were too! The presentation was great with everything having a meaning behind it! Definitely worth a visit for the experience, especially great for a celebration!

We had an amazing experience at this restaurant, kindly and professionally served by Sophie. The dishes were delicious and the wine selection very well paired with the food selection. Thank you all, from the reception team, chefs and all the staff.

My husband took me here for our 5th wedding anniversary, the food was beautifully presented and delicious! Edmond the assistant manager was very friendly and attentive. He even opened up the Palm Court (where we said our vows 5 years ago!) for us to have our dessert. He did his absolute best to ensure it was a very special evening and we had an absolutely wonderful time - thank you Edmond!

An excellent fine dining experience. The venue is located in a famous hotel and you are delivered five-star treatment. The design of the restaurant is similar to a wedding banquet hall with columns, marble, flowing curtains and a harp. The front of house staff is charming, welcoming and courteous. The three-course menu provides high-class dishes. The sea bream and bitter chocolate choices were particular highlights. The wine selection is good and I also recommend the port as an aperitif. The prices complement the dishes and service. The restaurant is spacious and was not overcrowded on our visit that was welcome during the pandemic. All the staff wear facemasks. The toilet facilities are of a high standard and provide luxury handwash. This is a highly recommended restaurant for fine dining for any occasion and I wish I could go weekly.

Used the groupon offer for 3-course dinner forn2 with a glass of champagne. Note that few options do not incur extra cost.

Bought a Groupon voucher for £70 for 3 courses plus prosecco for 2. Ended up with a bill for another £70 with extras and supplements. The food was good and the service from our waiter, Faizal, attentive and friendly.
