One of the best Greek restaurants in London to me so far.

Fantastic food and brilliant service. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Had the shared meze platter which is great value for the price and quality of different meats, fish, dips and breads. Will definitely be back!

Having moved to SW London I’ve not been to Retsina’s in a fair few years. I took my grandmother for a midweek dinner and was so relieved to be reminded at what a special independent restaurant this is. We were made to feel so welcome, the service so friendly and accommodating (from seating me early with nibbles to charging my phone). The new decor is bright, fresh and modern but still feels intimate. The foooood - Devine fresh sardines, my grandmother loved her vege moussaka and the crisp Greek white was a total treat. The bill was very reasonable, we vowed we’d never return to our usual chain haunts! Incredible restaurants still exist, no ‘we need the table back in 90mins’ here - just unfortunately for me, it’s in North London ha!

We were looking for a nice place to celebrate Easter Sunday and Retsina didn’t disappoint! Tasty food (highlights were the kleftiko and chicken souvla, so tender!), generous portions, very attentive service and relaxing vibe. We will be back!

The best Greek restaurant I have been to outside of Greece!
I have visited so many times over the years and tried various dishes. I cannot fault this restaurant the slightest. The service is always excellent especially when it comes to the owners Zeta and Hary!
The food is always obviously fresh and very tasty. The portions are generous and very filling. The only issue is all the dishes are so nice you don't know what to chose!
If you are a seafood fan I highly recommend the baby calamari, grilled octopus and chargrilled prawns. These are a personal favourite. I am always amazed at how soft the calamari and octopus which are consistently cooked to perfection.
A meaty personal favourite are the lamb cutlets always cooked precisely and are tender and juicy. If you are someone who would like to try many new flavours I would suggest trying the Meze options which is good value for money and also gives you a wide selection of the flavours.

Excellent Greek restaurant in the heart of Belsize Village. The food is superb and a very good selection of meze the traditional Greek food. The mixed platters are huge and for 2 people you will definitely eat well I ended up takign some home! It's a good choice of you like Greek and if you are looking for a nice place to eat with family and friends. Good wine list and lots of vegetarian options

This restaurant is worth going to but if it is cold outside do not sit next to the windows, they are drafty. Food was delicious and good size portions. We did not believe that a Greek restaurant had run out of baklava. We will go back.

We had a large birthday party for my mum. The restaurant and staff are amazing. Food is high quality and generous, wine is amazing, staff are super friendly. This is a second generation family restaurant which is operating at the highest level. Everyone in our group of 50 people was super complementary and we had an exceptional evening. Thank you!
