Authentic Sicilian Specialities 🙌 Say no more. Cannoli were delicious, the Cappuccinos were strong and the Arancini smoking hot. We loved it all.

Truly enjoyed visiting Etna Coffee, a taste of Sicily in ambiance and food.
A cozy cafe with delicious food, after my first visit I knew I had to come back - and quickly I have decided that it is definitely worth to work myself through the menu.
There is a range of amazing desserts, great coffee and savoury dishes.

Nice food and the mocha was amazing!
Just giving 4 stars because they don't have a toilet.
They serve freshly made Italian/Sicilian food in this tiny café close to Baker Street station. The food is delicious and they use pinsa sourdough in their pizza base which was light on my stomach and didn't give me any awkward bloated feelings. I recommend trying their artichoke pizza with sun-dried tomatoes and olives.

This is the Sicillian cannoli we saw in the Godfather movie. To me, its reputation is beyond its taste.
You will see empty shells only in the shop, they are empty to keep them crunchy when they are served. They fill custard inside and then dipped in pistachio or chocolate chips to your pleasure.
It is a small, cosy shop with tables and chairs outside in Baker Street where you can have cannoli and other foods while enjoying the view and chatting.
I love it! Arancini’s were delicious! Also Dessert and drinks amazing! I would want to definitely go there again!
Absolute hidden treasure, you keep discovering more and more options they have - only tried their gelato but was really nice and kinda wish I was more hungry to try more!
