Shepherd Market Wine House

Wauw. This is THE wine bar to visit when in London. It is located in the outmost wonderful back street area. Very cozy area to stroll. The wine bar has an extensive list of wines - including several by the glass. They also do serve a bit of food. I had a couple of glasses a late Saturday afternoon - the wines are fairly priced at 10-15£ per glass. The place had a lot of customers and no tables were available outside - but it was possible to find a nice table inside. It is definitely a place to visit again … and again … and … you know what I mean.

The extensive array of wines and delectable food choices were nothing short of excellent. Cute little gem in central London. Very wide selection of wines, with constant variation based on availability. The place has some outdoors sitting, facing a cute little street in Shepherd Market. Service is always of good quality, with friendly and polite staff. Price is fair for the quality of service and drinks, with wide selection to accommodate different budgets.

Great little wine bar. Large wine selection (though mainly French) and a number are expensive, there's still a few lower end ones available (think mid £30s) The cheese and charcuterie plate for two is pretty large with a set of 3 cheeses and 3 meats, along with bread/breadsticks. Music is relaxing and the staff sound like they know what they are talking about. Good place to take a date who likes wine!
