Great restaurant, attentive staff, clean and most importantly the food is lush!!
Until now, I have been very disappointed with the restaurants on Brick Lane. Finally, I have discovered Sheba, a really good and authentic Indian restaurant. I believe they have some super hot dishes here. Following the advice of my server, I opted for one of the hottest dishes. The taste was fantastic and the spice level was about as hot as I can manage. I do want to go back next year and try the hottest dish on the menu. Food and service was fantastic and top notch.
The food was great! We had a great selection and shared all dishes. Everything was fresh tasting and well prepared. The restaurant was very busy and loud. It was hard to have a conversation at the table.
Found this gem utilizing Google Maps and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We had the Bhuna, Salmon Tandoori, Butter Chicken along with garlic naan and prawn chaat puri as apps. As we have learned, London is a “flag” a server down when you are ready to order or need additional drinks, food or the check. As an American, have to say we dig it as tips aren’t really a requirement. Good food and when we return, we’ll eat here again.
First time in london having Indian food. I knew Indian food here was going to be good but Sheba is SO DAMN GOOD. I had the lamb shank and it was falling off the bone.
Absolutely fantastic dinner! Don’t be lured by the offers of extra drinks or sides from other restaurants - go for the quality that Sheba clearly offers. I had never come across Chicken Xacuti as a dish before, but having tried it I am now a convert. The test of a great Indian dish is the post-dinner sensation, and this left a warm and complex flavour lingering long after the last bite… just fantastic, and can’t wait to go back again. It was also great witnessing the clear down and setup of half the restaurant when a table of 20 departed - great to see the speed and professionalism on display of the team.
Nayeem. Great restaurant. Really interesting menu with dishes I haven’t come across before. Excellent and friendly service.
Excellent service and good! Mr Shah and Kha were super nice. We came from the US and this is our check list and we are absolutely so happy we made it here! You have to check out this place!
Had a great time here. The food is delicious, service is amazing. BYOB so it’s super cheap and even got free shots at the end. 10/10 would recommend!!!
I felt in love Indian foods in London. My mom, son, and I are from U.S. and had never tasted better Indian foods before. The portions were generous, and the presentation was great. All items that we ordered were awesome, and we finished them all. The hospitality was welcoming and the service was great. The price was even better that I spent only $58 for 4 orders. If I ordered the same menu items in US, it would be more than $120 plus 18% tips. I strongly recommend this place and definitely come back when I visit London soon.
Great place for dinner, great service by staff. Naaim was a great host!
