Fantastic food at a very reasonable price .The restaurant does not look modern but do not bo put off a true hidden gem
This is a simple place offering good value food in English and Mediterranean cuisine. The food is awesome and the ambience is quite decent as well with improved decor. The menu has simple but quite delicious options. The service is pretty efficient and the staff is quite friendly as well. All in all it is a decent option for a light meal.
If you are looking for a fine and exclusive dining, then this is not the place for you but if you want to let your hair down and have a good time, then this is a perfect choice. The food is delicious and the ambience is just fine, more on the simpler side. The crowd mostly consists of locals and thus, the overall atmosphere is light.
This is one of my favourite places and never fails to impress me whenever I visit here. The sandwiches are amazing with their fresh flavours, wonderful tastes and perfect cooking. The service is pretty quick and efficient and this scenario is not only for takeaway alone, if you choose for a dine in option, then too the staff behaves quite warmly and is very attentive. I would recommend this place to anyone who hasn't tried it yet.
This greasy spoon is not so greasy when on glances through the menu and the dishes on offer. Things like seafood soup are not so greasy indeed. The decor and the feel of the place may be greasy enough for the tag offered to this place, however, when one walks in with such hopes only to see such sophistication in the venue, they might be a bit disappointed.
Think twice if you are going with the preconceived notion of enjoying a 'greasy' meal!
This place is a cheap, run down cafe which almost passes as a fantastic greasy spoon. The quality of food still may not be as greasy, but isn't that a good thing? One would get all the regular greasy spoon dishes on offer however apart form these, we also get some really good innovative dishes. This place is a hidden gem for all locals!
I would highly recommend this place just subtracting the unpleasant service staff which refused to even pass a smile to its clients. The food was done well and was satisfactory. We ordered a steak which cost us 10 pounds. It was wholesome and beautifully presented with veggies and potatoes as accompaniments. The place is a posh crowd puller and always lively! May be more suited for the 'upmarket' crowd.
By a happy accident of a halting bus, we were introduced to the restaurant located near the bus stop where we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious serving of calves liver with sage.
The restaurant which looks like a mix between an Italian trattoria and a transport cafe is equally appropriate price wise and has a pleasing ambience. I am definitely going back whenever i find myself in that area.
Mona Lisa is a place to visit, whether for a pre-match meal or a sumptuous lunch. Their food is always of the best quality and rather reasonably priced. It is crowded even on the days Chelsea is not playing a home game, displaying it's popularity. It is a feasible place to venture for breakfast as it is open 6.00 am onwards. Some recommendations would be, the marvelous veal chops and steaks. Another must try is the mean trifle.
Having been there numerous times, I felt it was about time I commented on their great food.
This place always give you happy memories. The food here is appealing and appetizing backed by impeccable service, so prompt and efficient. The food here seems home cooked and hence makes you feel at home. The prices are quite reasonable as well. Would recommend every one to try it out once!
A cafe for workers during the day and a proper restaurant atmosphere in the evening. Very popular and a bit noisy because of the lack of carpet but you can still hear each other. Prices are very good for quality cooking. Especially good value is chicken Escalope sandwich at 5.50£
Excellent restaurant with a wide range of English meals and Italian. Great value for money highly recommend
Stopped in for brunch.
The staff were very helpful and friendly, they helped me decide between two options.
The Ciabatta's are really good but sadly they don't come with any sides, such as crisps or a salad. I ended up having to order another one to fulfil the hunger, but they were both very fresh, warm and full of flavour.
Many thanks.

I enjoyed meal and for the price ( £5,90 ) i can qualify this meal as good quality.
The ham was good in mouth and had a large quantity, the egg were kinda small but well cooked and an delicious half cooked yellow, the fries were on point and the beans were tasty and soft in mouth.
Ends ~9:35AM
Pour les éventuels Français, je n'ai pas d'autre mots a ajouter, ils y proposent le breakfast typique anglais ( sympa en photo et en bouche ) et le tout pour un prix abordable.
Comfort ‘Italian’ food of generous proportion. Delicious selection of grills. Friendly atmosphere and one of a reasonable price places on Kings road.
Mona Lisa is a truly wonderful restaurant. Small , family run , traditional cooking, varied menu, changing daily. Unpretentious, friendly, authentic. Good choice of wines, and a really friendly, helpful atmosphere. Good prices too. If you want an unfussy and simple place (in a good way ) give this restaurant a try, you will not be disappointed.
Very good breakfast at decent prices considering the area.

We had Nice lunch at their Monalisa and the waitress Michelle she was lovely 👌👌
Good and traditional English breakfast with a lot of fries. Very tasty beans with tomato sauce and nice toasts with oil.
