Met my mother-in-law here as I was in London for the day. We had a truly lovely lunch and split a bottle of wine. Our meals came quickly and tasted nice and fresh. Our server was really understanding, the weather was very bad while we were there and somehow Mastercards server crashed and all of our cards were being declined. We luckily had a visa on us but our server laughed it off and was very kind and courteous. Will definitely be back my next time in London.
This was a nice place. It had a lovely vibe and the surroundings, with the other nice shops and cafes really added to it. The staff were friendly. The pepperoni pizza was nice, and I appreciated that they made this with vegan cheese. The drinks were very good too. They also accepted Tesco club card vouchers which was amazing too. I’d come back here.
It is a nice Italian restaurant in a nice area with a lovely staff. Our waitress, Marietta, was the most conscientious waitress we've ever seen, she asked about our allergies first and gave a throughout summary. She recommended Avocado, bacon salad and Caesar salad which were great and also the desserts. One of the staff recognized my Hungarian question and answered it in Hungarian. It was a big surprise!
Service and Chicken/Orzo/Cannellini Bean Soup were absolutely amazing…will definitely be back! Xx

Great food and atmosphere. The service was good on the whole - a few little annoying moments, but this was all with the prebooking and no fault of the staff at work. Managed to deal well with a large booking.
I visited a few weeks ago with my girlfriend who was eating in Prezzo for the first time. She is vegan so was very excited to see a lot of vegan options on the menu. I ordered the meat calzone and she ordered the vegan Bolognese.
My calzone was delicious, the dough was cooked to perfection and the meat, tomato and cheese filling was delicious. 10/10 no complaints at all.
However my girlfriends vegan Bolognese sadly wasn't up to par. For the price it was very basic, lacking a lot of flavour.
The service was very good. Our waiters and waitresses were very polite and attentive and made us feel very welcome. We ate on the terrace which had lovely views of a quaint little street in Kensington.
We would return but hopefully Prezzo can do something about the vegan Bolognese just to make it taste a little better.
Great experience. Lovely restaurant albeit a bit bright for my liking, but that's just personal preference. My friend and I both enjoyed our food and wine. Service was great- restaurant wasn't bust st the time, but staff seemed very friendly and attentive. I had a vegetable soup that was extremely flavorful. I normally salt my soup to death, but this one didn't need anything. My friend and I shared the white bean hummus and olives. So so yummy. He had a spicy meat pizza (I'm vegan so didn't have). He really enjoyed it. Finished the whole thing!
Nice, small place, 15-17 tables. It was quite noisy with some families with smaller children that was very loud. Nice atmosphere, light interior, friendly staff and nice pizza.
