Nespresso Cafe

Lovely coffee. Nice juices. Food is overpriced and sometimes appears to look a bit stale. Place itself has a trendy feel and staff are friendly. Lots of places with access to charging if you want to sit and do some work. Gets busy during the week when lots of people use the place for business meetings. Much better at the weekends.

Visited here on a Sunday and I must say what an amazing experience it was. Being a Sunday the store was empty. Me and my wife popped in as we are thinking of investing in a nespresso machine. What followed was customer service satisfaction that I will never forget. As we entered the store a young female assistant called Meg approached us and asked whether we would like any help. We explained we was new to nespresso and as I have a machine at work we was looking at purchasing one. We were intrigued with the pods and all the different flavours. She then proceeded to explain all the different flavours and how the store worked. She explained so much to us that we found ourselves wanting to get the machine there and then if they would of had it in. We were keen on 2 flavours and Meg kindly offered to make us a sample to try it. We found that extremely helpful and helped us make our mind up and purchase the pods. Even when we explained to Meg that we wasn't going to purchase a machine that day she still showed care and still helped us to her professional standard. When I got home I googled this store and saw all the negative reviews. I can imagine a lot of the reviews are based on weekday experiences, but the experience me and my wife experienced on a Sunday was very exceptional.
