Visited here on a Sunday and I must say what an amazing experience it was. Being a Sunday the store was empty. Me and my wife popped in as we are thinking of investing in a nespresso machine. What followed was customer service satisfaction that I will never forget. As we entered the store a young female assistant called Meg approached us and asked whether we would like any help. We explained we was new to nespresso and as I have a machine at work we was looking at purchasing one. We were intrigued with the pods and all the different flavours. She then proceeded to explain all the different flavours and how the store worked. She explained so much to us that we found ourselves wanting to get the machine there and then if they would of had it in. We were keen on 2 flavours and Meg kindly offered to make us a sample to try it. We found that extremely helpful and helped us make our mind up and purchase the pods. Even when we explained to Meg that we wasn't going to purchase a machine that day she still showed care and still helped us to her professional standard. When I got home I googled this store and saw all the negative reviews. I can imagine a lot of the reviews are based on weekday experiences, but the experience me and my wife experienced on a Sunday was very exceptional. Meg thank you for your professional and knowledgeable help.
I was really curious to try this place and it didn't disappoint. Really enjoyed the avocado brownies and the coffee creations. Its not cheap but you also get better coffee. It's a nice concept.
Amazing cafe in the heart of the city. Extremely clean and highly presentable. Food is made fresh alongside a wide range of drinks available. Staff are very helpful and attentive.
Never fails. Great coffee and nice cakes...even if a little on the expensive side.

Lovely coffee. Nice juices. Food is overpriced and sometimes appears to look a bit stale. Place itself has a trendy feel and staff are friendly. Lots of places with access to charging if you want to sit and do some work. Gets busy during the week when lots of people use the place for business meetings. Much better at the weekends.
Good place to try coffee pods before buying. And also they inspire with various of coffees that also we can prepare in our home. The only disturbing thing is that they don’t often clean tables after customers and little flys appears above leftovers.

Beautiful interior that sets it above the general coffee shops. Serving all the Nespresso selection so the coffee quality is there and as you'd expect. They do have some interesting choices of coffee as well like a coffee mojito.
Very nice venue. Coffee is amazing. I tried the almond and the iced vanilla.
Very nice place for coffee and sweets! I tried a mojito with coffee which was very interesting and definitely something new.

Nice café. The space is brightly lit, modern and pleasant to be in. The coffee and other drinks (e.g. juice blends) are carefully put together and rely on nice ingredients.
