For 5 years I have worked very close by and did know of this venue.
We had a small function for a retirement and I found it to be excellent
The food and drinks were great and the service good and friendly
It's quite a large venue across 2 floors under the rail track at Blackfriars, not that you would know that once inside
It was a great evening and I we shall be back there

They do nice and simple pizzas. Quaffable house white and house red and of course a huge range of other drinks and cocktails. Not always main brand. No JD, but plenty of higher quality bourbon

I attended a free Sunday weekly Soul Music event.
I didn't eat, but saw many of the dishes and they looked really nice.
The venue itself is lovely. Very spacious and atmospheric.
Easy to get to via Southwark or Blackfriars stations. I will definitely be going again

I had a fab late afternoon/evening at the *Mi-Soul Sunday* session💃. Great atmosphere, music, crowd and venue. Drinks are reasonably priced and the bar staff are lovely and efficient. I didn't eat so can't comment on the food. Twas the perfect way to spend a Sunday and I look forward to returning 🥳

Had drinks with friends, atmosphere was good, drinks were good as well. Giving 4 stars because when we wanted to order food, we were told the kitchen was closed.

Lovely place to be atmosphere is nice and DJ playing wicked back in the days funky soul and rare groove and revival reggae music and so on .

Great venue, great acoustics, will laid out, with efficient air con! Drink price are cheap, but they're not stupidly expensive.
Looking forward to my next visit when I'll try the food!

Didn't get to eat unfortunately as I arrived too late. However the Soul Sunday event was Live! Great atmosphere and music👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾

Many thanks to Claire & the staff yesterday at the Mi-Soul event. Very accommodating & helpful. My rice n peas & chicken was gorgeous. We had a great time. I will definitely recommend this place. The DJ's played some great music. A great afternoon/evening. Not too late if you just want a short boogie after a wild weekend.
