We had an absolutely delicious Sunday roast. The veggies were perfectly cooked, chicken and roast beef were cooked to perfection. Both of us were unable to finish our meal (or eat the Yorkshire pud) due to the size of portion. Maybe slightly small portions would mean less waste and leave room for a dessert? The pub had a busy, friendly atmosphere with great staff and if we lived here it would be our local. Will certainly book again when we next visit Putney.

The Duke's Head in Putney is a real hidden gem. I recently had the pleasure of dining there, and I can't say enough good things about it. First and foremost, the roast dinner was exceptional. The meat was perfectly cooked, and the veggies were fresh and flavorful. It's a must-try. The atmosphere at The Duke's Head is fantastic. It's cozy and welcoming, making it a perfect place for a meal with friends or family. The pub is also impressively clean, which adds to the overall comfort and enjoyment of the visit. The service was great and friendly. The staff provided fantastic recommendations that made our meal even more enjoyable. In a nutshell, The Duke's Head in Putney is a fantastic place for a delicious roast, with a welcoming atmosphere, spotless surroundings, and friendly service. I highly recommend it!

Enjoyed a great Sunday Roast. 1st Sunday Roast in London and everything was exactly what I expected. I had the three meat and all of it was perfectly cooked and juicy. A couple of good lagers and called it a day.
