Pretty good, the pancakes were authentic, and the hot chocolate tasted nice. The savoury pancakes were new to me, and it sis bit disappoint. Only thing is a Korean girl from the table next to mine was talking quite loudly on the phone. I would appreciate it if she wore headphones and spoke quieter. The food, service etc was really good though.
Passed by this restaurant multiple times and finally went to try. It wasn't the American style pancake that I expected , but the British style pancake/french crepe for the savoury orders. I think i ordered the Italian topping and it was pretty tasty, very large portion so you will be filled up.
Love this place. Anytime we think pancakes this is the first place that comes to mind!

The ambience is wonderful, the decor just adds to the chilled out vibe! It's all really beautiful.
Staff are always super friendly and chirpy. They go out of their way to ensure you're taken care of.
Fantastic selection of toppings for pancakes including some stranger ones. Service was good generally but a little slow considering the restaurant wasn't busy. They cater well for allergies. Food itself was good but I do feel my pancake could have been cooked a little more. The pepperoni and chorizo on top were warm but not cooked. The sweet pancake was very good however
I think the butterscotch pancakes are a bit overrated. (3/5) you SHOULD definitely try the Thin, Big Pancake.(5/5) I think it goes well with ice cream and some fruits. Waffles was also so so for me. (3/5)

Lack of welcome area or host to manage traffic.
All guests were welcomed in skepticism, they were deflecting plenty of people in front of our eyes while they had 5 people on the floor and whole area downstairs was empty with a lot of availability and there was no central reservations policy, 3 different employees, gave 3 different excuses to random walk-ins.
We were a walk in as well, 3 people but got accepted and seated at a 6 person seating area when other couples and 3-4 people groups were deflected due to "a half hour waiting time".
The atmosphere in the entrance where we sat is anxiety inducing and ruins the ambience and overall guest journey,hence the 3 stars.
The seating area further in the store and downstairs is much much better than the crammed 3-4 tables in the bar area in the entrance.
I don’t give 5-stars often, but this place surely gets one. It was one of the first eateries I tried in London and it completely blew my expectations. The staff was great, amazing atmosphere, wonderful selection of pancakes, and met my personal preference of Halal options. Couldn’t decide between the sweet or the savory options and went with both. No regrets. PS. The serving size is large, something I wasn’t prepared for.
Great food. My daughter loved the savoury pancake much more than the sweet pancake. Only marked down as it took a long while to take our orders despite it not being so busy.
Wonderful experience of tasty big Big and Thin Thin Pan cakes, Awesome. Excellent ambiance must have a visit here to have new experience of food, milkshake was quite yummy. Goat Cheese was perfect.

Ever since I first visited London ages ago I have been eyeing this place for its superb vibrant decor, which is so visible when walking in Holborn. Finally, I broke my jinx and entered this place to find that on Monday they do a special deal - it happily surprised me and my friends. We were a group of 3 and hence decided to share the portion of their 15 inch dutch pancake! The portion is very adequate to share but if you have a great appetite then a full plate may also serve well. Since it was our first visit we decided to go for the “My Old Dutch”, a classic savoury. The pancake does look different to traditional (American) pancakes obviously because they are dutch pancakes and are thin as crepe :)
Couldn’t resist and we went ahead and ordered the Nutella pancake with ice cream with extra Nutella as well. By the end of it all 3 of our stomachs and moods were super happy!
