Zuaya London

My friend recommended this restaurant & I was there last night with bunch of my friends to celebrate a birthday. It was such a warm and amazing experience. Special thanks to the lovely staff with their excellent service! They surprised us with complementary birthday dessert! Food was simply amazing and the crispy cassava is a must try! Mouth waveringly crispy on the outside and soft & fluffy on the inside , I'm definitely going to visit them soon!

I had the delightful opportunity to dine at Zuaya this past Saturday with my boyfriend and mother. Whenever we have guests visiting us in London, our go-to spot is always Zuaya. I must emphasize that it consistently delivers a wonderful experience. The cuisine is consistently superb, but it's the exceptional service that truly sets it apart. Vanessa, our charming waitress, provided us with an exceptional level of service, as she always does. Her warmth and professionalism shine through every time. Witnessing her dedication at work always brings smiles to our faces, and truthfully, she is the reason we keep returning. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant, especially if you have the pleasure of being served by Vanessa.

Some of the best octopus and the best ceviche I've ever had, and beautifully served. The mango gazpacho was heaven in a bowl. The meats were all very good too. A bit underwhelmed by the calamari (correct, but I've had much better) and by padrón peppers (a bit underdone, not at all charred). Great staff. Will definitely be back, but I know what not to order now 😅

Nice restaurant with good food and nice ambience. The service is good too. All the dishes were quite tasty. But they are quite expensive and on top, the portions are small, so prepare to spend a lot if you want a filling meal. Although the ambience is nice, perhaps it feels a bit too dark and the background song might be a bit jarring sometimes. Recommendations: Lamb tacos, sirloin steak

This place is absolutely fabulous and I can highly recommend it! The service was not only professional (as you expect from many places like this), but they showed high expertise about the cocktails for example and something you cannot find everywhere in London: They are honest, very customer-oriented and therefore absolutely on point! Their recommendations were 100% right, and I appreciated the honest feedback on my questions. What we ended up ordering was just what we had hoped for. The incredible kindness of every single staff member is 1st class. And every person (every person!) is treated like the royal family here - I am massively impressed! I felt so easy here, and it was so nice and laid back. A lot of wannabe high-class places in Kensington have that condescending arrogance to be hip or something and sell a certain image. This place is real, and I will definitely come back again and again! There are no words for the easy yet elegant flair and atmosphere. I loved the cocktails, too, and the food was really good. If you really want to enjoy yourself in an easy environment yet super classy and chic: THIS is it! :) Take your friends out here and thank me later ;)
