What a find. We decided to try this place after doing our weekly food shop down the road at the supermarket.
So glad we did, the fish is cooked to perfection, and the chips are some of the best we have had in years. The mushy peas are freshly cooked and so good.
It might be a little more on the pricey side, compared to your usual establishment, but you get what you pay for. Simply outstanding and is now our goto Fish & Chip place.

Very tasty fish and chips.
We took two small cod and they was perfect size! Large chips are super large!
The fish was nice and juicy, crispy and no oily.
Mashy pies, curry sauce and sausage 10/10.
Easy way to order thru website and collect after.

If you want fish and chips, this is the place for you. I also always get the scampi. They tartar sauce is nice too.

This used to be my goto for Fish & Chips but tonight ordered Haddock & Sweet Chips, the Haddock was a slither 3 bites worth and no where near as big as it used to be, the fish was tasty but not good value, the sweet potato chips were tastless and just appeared to be burnt chips sadly. I will try again but it might be awhile.
Good local find. Impressive decor and hits the mark in provide all your favourite fish and chip related dishes. Would recommend if looking for a bite to eat. There two person sharing menu with cod is great value for money.
The fish and chips are so fresh and delicious. The service is exceptional. I have recommended this shop to everyone.
The Vintage Fish is everything you’d need in a lockdown situation and I’m immensely glad to have discovered them on Deliveroo. I had the haddock and it was brilliantly done. Crispy batter and a fresh flaky bite. Paired with a crisp dry white and you’d be dreaming of sunny days in Brighton. Highly recommend.
Excellent Fish & Chips, lovely staff very welcoming & friendly and the food was nicely presented with lemon slice, chopped coriander & little pots of tartare sauce! Will definitely return
