A lovely place & very friendly, helpful staff. Definitely the best lahmacun in London!!
Amazing food and great service, always go here when we’re in London. Also great for vegetarians :)
I really don’t know what should I say. There is no word to describe this pide. I’ve tried a kasarli kavurma pide which is an authentic dish found across Turkey. It has beef rump steak, cooked in their own juices with kasar cheese, topped with red onions.
Btw they have 3 deserts. I absolutely fell in love with rice pudding which is called sutlac.
You simply need to taste their food to believe them.

When I think of Turkish food the first thing that comes to mind is kebabs, not donor ones but meat on metal sticks grilled on charcoal flames. There’s also another particular item on the menu I usually order, especially for lunch are Lahmacun a Turkish flat bread pizza, topped with minced meat, herbs and usually loaded up with salad. Pide in Fitzrovia Charlotte Street is named after the most popular item off the menu Pide. Thin crust bread shaped into a boat shape, and filled with fresh ingredient than baked in the ovens on site.
Pide in its simplest terms is the Turkish answer to pizza sans tomato sauce and not necessarily having cheese atop it. I have not had many pide and I am rating this against the first to pop up within central (Babaji Pide).
I had the lamb leg Pide which comes in with a larger, more flavourful product than its competition. The oregano and paprika are assertive while the meat and cheese are delightfully on the edge of the too decadent coin. I'd prefer for the dough to be cooked a bit longer, or at a higher heat as I think the crust and dough would have benefited greatly from some crispness. I would go as far as to say that it was about soggy in spots.
Despite the dough mishap the Pide was delicious enough that it will come into consideration when I have a hankering for some za. Definitely give this a try over Babaji if you're looking for something new to try at lunch.
If you haven’t discovered this little gem in the heart of London ,you should check it out, they have amazing home made Turkish food in old tradition way they serve the food , I can’t recommend them enough to you .Staff are amazing friendly and welcoming you with a smile no matter how busy they are.
It was great home food in London. Everything was so tasty, fresh and satisfying. Ppl were so nice behind the counter, they even offered me Turkish tea after. Thank you 😊
Such a hidden gem! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hummus was amazing. Would recommend turkish meatball over chicken over beef!
Great food. Good variety. Nice staff and considering the cost of lunchtime food in Central London , GOOD VALUE (in my opinion). Definitely felt like good value and quality. Will be back.
I think Ote’s lahmacun is way better than the ones I’ve eaten in the UK. And their baklava is so good. Definitely recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Delicious food and excellent, friendly service!
The food impressed me with fresh ingredients and great combination of tastes.
They serve modern Turkish dishes with homemade recipes - salads, stews, mezes and delicious Turkish pizza. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Really lovely, fresh and tasty food. I'm gluten intolerant and was able to eat a delicious meal. Lots of vegetables and protein. Large portion, more dinner than lunch sized. Kept me going all day.

A great joint for some authentic Turkish esnaf food! Quite a few veggie and vegan options too. Really enjoyed their Pides (pie) with aubergine and other veg. Will be back!
It's very good exemplar of the typical Turkish Esnaf Lokantasi which you can always find clean, delicious and reasonable price foods. They have dine in and take away options with very suitable containers.
This is an amazing place.
So nice and simple to choose ingredients for the box. I love the concept.
Everything was very delicious. I absolutely loved it and will definitely recommend it and come back. Also the price 9.90 is fair.
