Mark & Spencer Kensington High Street

The store is well laid out - everything is easy to find - the floors are all easy to follow. The food halls are amazing - the coffee shop is amazing . The staff are all with smiles and funny antidotes …. I always have a giggle in there with the teams . I would highly recommend paying a visit … everything to gain nothing to lose .

I loved the grocery store downstairs. They have some high quality food and drink. The sandwiches were fantastic including the prawn, egg salad, coronation chicken. These and other deli items and salads are routinely marked down to keep things moving and fresh. I love buying them at a discount. The store had some really good cookies and chocolates, fresh fruit, bread, meat, a wide selection of juice's and beers and wines. They also have some really delicious British dairy products. I was staying at a nearby hotel and I frequented this store to save myself eating out too much. This puts American grocery stores to shame. When you are done grocery shopping you can take the escalator upstairs and buy yourself some clothes 😀 Very friendly staff.

This review is exclusively for the kind lady at this store who I believe is a manager, and another amazing employee who was helping in the fitting room today. I was not able to find a trolley this morning and was holding a few extra items in my hand without realizing they were heavy. The nice lady at the store saw this and asked the other employee to get me a trolley, and the same employee later helped my brother pick out right fit in the fitting room. At such a busy location, I just want to send them my kudos for being kind and for going out of their way today.

My daughter and I stayed in a hotel near the Kensington High Street store when we were in London recently. During our two weeks in the vicinity, we must have shopped M&S at least 6 times. The merchandise was of surprisingly good quality and well-priced. We appreciated the friendly, helpful service we were given in every department. Special thanks to Zara who made us feel so welcome!
