I shop here for most of my ingredients, especially the freshness of meat, fruit and eggs. All the staff are friendly and it's a pleasant shopping experience.
Even if there is no display outside,they will try to find it. It is really the best shop.
I loved the grocery store downstairs. They have some high quality food and drink. The sandwiches were fantastic including the prawn, egg salad, coronation chicken. These and other deli items and salads are routinely marked down to keep things moving and fresh. I love buying them at a discount.

Want to say a huge thank you to staff member Elizabeth who was on the 2nd floor today. My 4 month old granddaughter got frightened by the hand dryer noise in the ladies and had a meltdown - Elizabeth came to help. Brilliant customer service.
The store is well laid out - everything is easy to find - the floors are all easy to follow.
The food halls are amazing - the coffee shop is amazing . The staff are all with smiles and funny antidotes …. I always have a giggle in there with the teams . I would highly recommend paying a visit … every
Hi, just wanted to share my wonderful experience today. I just wanted some trousers but left with a few whole outfits thanks to a wonderful polite lady Shahzia. She mentioned sparks ideas for outfits and smiled constantly. Will come again!
Wonderful shopping experience. The Food Hall caters for so many meal choices , from a Delhi, fresh meats , salads , top wines , snacks ( on the go ) to pastries. Suit shopping here was great! A man called Pedro was very very helpful with helping me choose the correct suit, offering helpful advice and measurements! Brilliant service.
Went to buy a shirt and was little hungry, stopped at the food hall downstairs and what a selection of hot good healthy food!! They have a small seating area where you can relax and eat at your convenience
