Great selection of proper tequilas and the food is amazing. I could have eaten the steak tacos all night. Would highly recommend! The staff are incredible too.
Visited with some friends after walking back from the zoo for some much needed refreshment. Lovely bar and a great selection of interesting drinks and although they weren't serving food for another 1/2 hour they cheerfully brought us some nachos with accompaniments. Will definitely return.

I really enjoyed it here - simple choice of tacos that were very delicious and the margaritas certainly went down well! Atmosphere was good and the service excellent. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in Camden area - plus you get free entry to the small club upstairs so you can head up for a dance after dinner.
I absolutely love cafe chula!!! The bartenders are to die for and make the experience amazing. They make the best margaritas in London and cook the best quesadillas. A must see!
Amazing Mexican. I'm from California--this is good mexican! And tequila of a standard I'll drink. Freshly muddled margaritas. I won't go anywhere else for MX food. I like how casual it is and that it can be a snack or a meal. Love it.
Mexican café in Camden. Nice if you want to sit and relax away from the busy lunch crowds. Be aware that the taco is a small soft disc with a tablespoon of food on each of the three you get on your plate. They sure are very tasty but if you’re very hungry Order a side of loaded nachos too. Drinks are dear. The agua Fresca was nice
Camden Market offers a lot of different food options and this time I tried some Mexican quesadillas at Cafe Chula. The food was delicious, service and place nice as well. My friend was expecting something more with tacos (too little for the price) but I do understand that it is the average price around the market.. Definitely a place to recommend anyway 👍🏻
Great night out. We had the soft tacos, Yumm! The waiting staff were very friendly. The whole atmosphere was very happy.
I love this bar; Ideally situated right on the Canal at the Stables Market (where all the food stalls are) at Camden Market this bar offers Mexican drinks and food (as well as regular drinks and coffee's)
It has a small outdoor seating area with good heating which is much needed in the UK! Friendly staff and a welcoming trendy environment.
Great venue for meeting friends, chilling, relaxing and of course most importantly in Camden - People watching!!!

Amazing food! The tacos were out of this world and the jalapeno cucumber margaritas were equally delicious. Staff were very kind and accommodating. Highly recommend!
Small fun and atmospheric Mexican bar & cafe. Service was very friendly and attentive, and the waiters were always circling taking/delivering food and drinks orders, and finding seats for diners. And great music playing. A perfect Camden Lock, London weekend afternoon spot. Cocktails, wine and lunch for three was £70 incl service (well deserved!)

Had the best service from Bartender Ashley, yesterday night. SHE was so attentive to every single customer, even though the venue was fully booked. She always asked if we needed drinks and was so friendly. She made us cocktails and they were absolutely perfect. She had a lot of product knowledge. I will definitely return and let other know about this hidden gem in camden. Next time I will try some of the food out.
Great food, great service. Very busy place in the middle of Camden Market but they still deliver great food and surprisingly pleasant service. You expect to be herded through such a busy restaurant but the servers couldn't have been more patient and polite. We had mini shrimp tacos and mole tacos. Both had very rich flavors. Would gladly visit Chula again.
Great food, very unexpected as it's not the poshest of places. Good margaritas and Mexican beer. Generous portions, especially the nachos. Wow really good. We just intended to have a quick beer before going to the Roundhouse, but the food was so good, we decided to stay. Good decision as we totally loved it.
