Wonderful lunch today food to die for! The staff were excellent and our waiter's suggestions were perfect. A great experience.

Having been to Nobu Berkley and Nobu Park Lane, I can whole hearted recommend Nobu Shoreditch.
Westernised Japanese restaurant in Shoreditch, definitely upscale and the atmosphere was very pleasant. We were there to celebrate my husband’s birthday and they surprised him with a dessert with happy birthday written on it which was amazing. However, the dishes tasted too strong in my opinion, the chef has used a lot of seasoning and sauce, which defeats the philosophy of traditional Japanese cooking which is to bring out the natural flavour of the ingredients. Maybe the cooking method had to change to tailor for the local taste.
During my latest visit to Nobu Shoreditch, I had a truly one-of-a-kind experience! The quality of the food was top notch, the atmosphere was warm and relaxed, and our server Giorgio was extremely attentive to us the entire evening, despite having numerous other tables to serve. His suggestions for dishes and wine could not have been more spot on and I would really like to thank him for welcoming us, as he did.
I will definitely be coming back, next time I am in London!
Amazing dining experience. The brunch is especially a good deal as you get a main plus unlimited sushi, salad and dessert. The mains were of a good size too, large portion of tempura prawns and melt in your mouth black cod. All the dishes were high quality and well prepared.
We went for the weekend brunch as a birthday celebration and it exceeded our expectations. The sushi was such good quality, especially the sashimi which was so soft and almost melting in your mouth. The service was immaculate as well, especially our waitress Karina and Stella at the bar, who was very patient with us as we were trying to decide on our drinks. Definitely would come again for special occasions!
Okay so buckle down cause this is is must once in a life time experience. It’s 80 pounds per person for unlimited sushi + one main option.
The sushi where do I start top tier quality fish. The star was the octopus and the beef. Also make sure you try the glazed tomato. So good. Chefs kiss.
The BEST main dish to get is the black cod oh my god the favours melted in my mouth.
Don’t get me started on the salads the tuna salad. And the Parmesan spinach salad is the perfect amount of cheese and the perfect amount of lemon.
The dessert bar oh my lord. The hazelnut dessert was sooo good. Not too sweet. Perfectly balanced. And I loved the fresh fruits as well.
It’s really really well worth for the money. You have as much as you can eat sushi from the bar for 2 hours for 80 pounds.
And the toilets are just so boujee for a good wee.
Booked for our first anniversary meal and had a wonderful time. We chose the tasting menu as we're not decision people and would've taken an hour to order al a carte. Courses steadily built and ranged from mouth melting sashimi to a rich pink beef stew. All superbly presented. Additional praise should go the the service and Laura, who was faultless and helped make the occasion really special. Yes its expensive but if you have the means then you'll not be disappointed.
We came to Nobu for my son's 18th Birthday as a treat as he wanted great Japanese.
The food was exceptional, we were guided by our server Karina on what and how much we should order, including their signature dishes, Black Cod Miso and Rock Shrimp Tempura with three sauces. My wife is a vegetarian and she had a separate conversation with Karina about what was suitable for her and her food was off-the-scale good.
My son had the Sushi Cup Selection - see photo. It looked amazing and tasted even better.
Our server Karina was super friendly, and importantly, not patronising given it was our first visit as a family.
Overall, an amazing experience, awesome food, if just a tad over-priced, but you're paying a premium for the name.
Well worth going if you want a real treat and love that style of food!
4.5 stars taking into account a few very nitpicky details but rounding up because honestly it was a killer experience. I went for brunch and opted for the bottomless drinks package. I never had an empty glass. Service was so incredibly attentive without ever feeling overbearing.
They brought out starters promptly. Edamame was really great. Loved the shishito peppers as well. I didn't even touch the miso soup lol. Saving my appetite for the main event!
The sushi buffet was truly excellent. The sashimi was impeccable quality. One very minor complaint is that the plates were very small (not a huge deal, I just felt bad for the staff for having to clear plates often as I could only fit like four pieces of sushi on one, lol). I thought the range of food was great. The salads were really nice as well. There was a very simply dressed spinach salad with a subtle truffle flavour that I loved.
The choice of mains is really just a bonus. I opted for the black cod (of course) which (of course) was fantastic. Honestly the buffet was so good I would have been just as happy without it but who can complain!
Minor complaint is that the dessert selection was just okay. Honestly given how phenomenal everything else was I was a bit surprised they didn't elevate the desserts as much. I had some decent churros with a truly unbelievable caramel sauce and tried a brownie that I didn't love. I didn't come for the desserts and it still hit the spot, but they could show them some love!
Overall well worth the price. Will return.
Simply one of the best restaurant experience ever! My wife and I had multiple tastings of both fish and meat, from cold to hot courses and I can just say everything was delicious. Aside from the waygu beef, I would particularly highlight the black cod Miso, unbelievable tasty, still wondering how it can get so glorious. What impressed me the most is how all the staff took care of our 11 month old son, everybody was extremely nice and comprehensive, nobody showed any sign of annoyance or problem, tons of smiles instead. We really enjoyed the experience, both in the restaurant and in the bar. We had to ask for staff names as they were simply amazing, specially Patricia at the restaurant service and Maxim and Gabriel at the bar!
I will come back 100% next time in London!
My partner and I came here for a lovely anniversary dinner on Monday. It was relatively quiet, yet still had a lovely buzz to the atmosphere. Yuliana was our wonderful server, and recommended me her favourite cocktail- the Jitterbug Perfume- and it was completely stunning! Gorgeous food, top notch service and truly a perfect evening. We’ll be back!
