Went for lunch, had great food, 15 pounds, glass of wine, starter, main and dessert. Everything was well presented and good. Recommend it, will go again.
Oysters and Champagne in an Italian restaurant !. This is just the place to enjoy simple Italian food on a terrace in the heart of London. Last Sunday afternoon my partner and I had a very good Lunch which started with a dozen oysters each (straight from Mersey Island) with a couple of glasses of Champagne. And we were very happy ever after....
Good local Italian food. I like the food, my girlfriend thinks they use too much parsley.
It can be quite hectic, and the service can be a bit slow, but the food and wine is good, and there's usually quite a buzz.
Wow. Seriously what wonderful food and lovely service. Personally, I love the Persian food. It is outstanding.. healthy and not spicy.. subtle. A lovely restaurant to bring friends. Oh let's not forget the gorgeous Italian wine. And the thick cut chips are just amazing. There is such an amazing menu with the authentic Italian dishes on offer too. Really this restaurant will make everyone happy. I can't wait to work through the menu over the years. It's only fair to share such gems like this.
What a wonderful surprise! We had dinner on a lovely evening in June and we enjoyed a truly magnificent time in the secret garden at the back of the restaurant. We were stunned by the great atmosphere of the place, really friendly staff and knowledgeable owners, beautiful setting and the whole experience was like having fun at your best friends'!
But the biggest revelation was the food! Even the smell of it was sooo good that my appetite grew immediately. I must admit I didn't know Persian cuisine before but since this visit I am a huge fan of this food! Incredible flavours, smells, beautiful presentation and top quality of the dishes make me want to come back and taste other dishes as soon as possible.
I truly enjoyed each and every dish, and I tasted both Persian and Italian dishes. You can have top oysters, too! The wine list was also very interesting and I really liked what we ordered.
What a fabulous place! Fantastic cooked breakfast (the hangover I think it was called?) each ingredient was quality such as butchers sausage, with amazing homemade beans, etc. had a delicious freshly prepared juice, and the coffee is worth the visit alone.
A colleague had the scrambled eggs and smoked salmon, it was a big potion and he really enjoyed it.
The outdoor courtyard is lovely, tranquil.
Staff are just lovely. Will definitely be heading back to try further from the menu even though it’s out of way for me usually.
The service is superb-very friendly and relaxing atmosphere. The food is overall good. The duck breast dish has a very surprising taste but not in a bad way lol Seafood is delicious:) would recommend Sharbat even in winter!
Best eggs in Kennington and beyond - this is where you want to get your weekend brunch! Friendly and attentive service, pretty good prices and food made with care and soul.
Sooo goood! Had a soup, rice dish with lamp, a side salad and an Italian wine. Recommended!
Had a wonderful Sunday lunch at Doost today. The staff were so lovely and attentive, the food was delicious and the Persian tea is a must try!
Such a wonderful gem to have found in the local area and so peaceful and quaint especially in the courtyard.

If you are in London you have to check this place out. Lovely place to go in Kennington. Easy to reach. Either with family, friends or alone you’ll always be welcomed. The food is incredible. You can decide between typically Persian dishes and Italian specialties. Even burgers with the softest wagyu beef are on the menu. You won’t regret anything you order. The service is also just wonderful. So loving and caring. And the Ambiente makes it perfect all together. You can either sit outside in the sweetest guest garden or inside with beautiful art that fits to the place.
Delicious breakfast, with home baked beans tasted amazing! Loved Persian tea- strongly recommend to try it.

Came here to celebrate my birthday with some friends and so glad I did!
The staff were so friendly and accommodating every step of the way. Their outdoor heating was unfortunately not working the day of our but supplied us with blankets and hot water bottles. All my friends loved their food as well. Honestly can't rave about their customer service enough!
Their courtyard for outdoor seating is in the most perfectly quiet little place, gave me Italy vibes, so much character, loved it -my photos did no justice! I can imagine its even more beautiful on a sunny day. I live locally and the experience was good enough for me to say I will definitely be coming back again.
