Good food on the river's edge. Yeah it's a chain, but you know what you're going to get..... and it's good!

Very helpful and polite staff and didn’t hesitate to change my daughters meal for another when she decided she didn’t like it. What’s more, you can even pay at the table by scanning the QR code!
The food wasn’t that hot though, but for a quick bite to eat, I’d go again and they accept Blue Light Card!

Late opening restaurant next to the river. I was disappointed by the small portion size of onion rings but they did taste decent. The brownie was delicious and a perfect end to a day out in London Town.

Stopped in here for a quick drink - we had a coffee and a milkshake. We weren't too keen on either of the drinks but the place had a great atmosphere and the staff were friendly. The outdoor seating is really great in the summer!

I came here with my husband and young toddler. My chicken Caesar salad tasted forgettable and even had a bone fragment in the chicken (lucky I had given my husband that piece, not my toddler!). My husband said the duck stir fry was mid. Toddler’s meatballs were super dry and flavorless, she ate nothing but a few peas.
However, the server was nice and apologetic about the bee harassing us. Best of all, the restaurant gave a free pack of 4 crayons that toddler loved and ended up helping keep her happy on the flight back home. Giraffe really is child-friendly. Just don’t share your own food with young kids without checking there are no bones.

Excellent customer service, decor and delicious variety of food. We went for breakfast and it was so so good! They were happy to provide anything I asked for. Would definitely go there again... for the cocktails next time! YUM!

Food was better than expected and the atmosphere is petty chill. Got the booth seats which was nice.
For the food and service received at 9pm on a Saturday night this hit the spot.

Amazing people, delicious food. They found a quick solution when they saw they didn’t have a table for us by asking us to share a table with two nice men. Good memories and will sure come back soon !!

Very nice place. Probably similar to a lot of other places around, however the man by the front encouraged us to come in which made our minds up. The food was incredible, my fish and chips were to die for. They also served full English at 3 pm which is quite unsual as most places stop at around 12pm. It was busy which made a good atmosphere, but the food was still very quick. There was lots of seating outside and we were offered shade when it was very sunny.
