Decaf flat white, a macchiato and two muffins. The coffee is really very good and the muffins fresh and fruity. Just a shame there wasn’t anywhere to sit inside.

My favourite coffee place near LSE. Excellent coffee and really friendly baristas. Love how they offer non-dairy options at no additional costs! And there’s also a 10% discount for students!

Small coffee shop with no indoor seating but who cares when you can get a good well prepared coffee. A flat white, on this occasion, served at an ideal temperature , good strength and not a hint of bitterness.

The Espresso Room has downsized and moved across the road but I'm thankful it and the cheerful, friendly coffee baristas have survived lockdown. The coffee is still just as good, as are the cakes and pastries. Though I work from home now I always make a point of visiting when I come into the office. Best cortado for miles!

Smart and surprisingly large coffee shop ticket off one of Lincoln's Inn Fields side streets.
A large range of home-made cakes and pastries as well as a decent brunch-style menu means this place is great for a quick pre-meeting coffee as well as a more relaxed, languid visit.
They serve a small range of alcoholic drinks, beers, wines etc and have a huge multi-level seating area both behind the side of the serving counter as well as a subterranean seating area too.
Unassuming and smart, I'd recommend this place if you're in the local area.

Great food (savoury and sweet) for breakfast, brunch, lunch or a snack. Coffees are really good too. Environment and atmosphere is really chilled and laid back and you are never rushed out. You can just take your time to enjoy a coffee and read or do some work. Great location too, close to Holborn. Would definitely return and definitely recommend.

This is a lovely space and the coffee here is very good! My only quibble is that the service can be slow - I waited about 10 minutes for my coffee last time. Other than that, this is a great place to go for superb coffee!

One of the best little places in London. Great espresso/latte! Surprisingly London doesn't have that many good espresso cafes. Be careful ... Just because some have a $3000 machine doesn't mean that they make good drinks.
