Has a vegan menu here staff is well informed and friendly and kind plus the cocktails are too die for
Wonderfully helpful and friendly staff, made my 30th birthday meal an absolute delight!
The food is top notch, cocktails are delish and the teas on offer will blow your mind!
Thank you PingPong :)
You have to have one meal at Ping Pong if you’re an Indian visiting London. That’s probably one of the reasons I dined here on my recent trip to London.
What I had ?
Their set vegan meal
What I liked the most ?
Warm cosy ambience on a cold rainy day
What I thought?
They were really well priced but I’ve had better dimsums elsewhere surely
Located not too far from the bond street station, this chinese restaurant is located in the market and has seating arrangements on basement and ground floor. We ordered Chilli Wonton, Soy chicken skewers and Chicken rolls and food though being on the spicier side was authentic in taste .Virgin mojito was too icy.
Staff was good though service was a bit slow
Went there on a recommendation ..and were not at all disappointed despite we were vegetarians.
The dim sums we ordered all vegetarian were exceptionally good.
The service was super quick and efficient.
A must visit place for all.
Met friends for late afternoon meal last Sunday and decided afterwards to skip dinner. However, around 9ish, my stomach started grumbling. I went to James Street which was close to my hotel to get a quick bite. I managed to get to Ping Pong just before the kitchen closed.
The staffs were nice and friendly. I was initially seated in one of the middle tables but when a better one became available, they allowed me to transfer. A staff offered to explain the menu to me but I said there was no need since I am familiar with the concept. Even though the kitchen is about to close, I never felt rushed to place my orders.
I ordered honey-soy chicken skewer, roast pork puff, char siu bun and Shanghai xiao long bao. The kitchen quick whipped up those dishes and I had food on my table in no time. The roast pork puff was ok. The puff pastry was prepared nicely. I liked how the outer shells flakes and how it tasted. The roast pork filling was delicious as well. The proportion of the pork to the pastry was my concern with this item. It could use more roast pork filling to avoid the pastry from being the dominant taste. The xiao long bao was good. I am a big fan of this dim sum and have high standard when it comes to this. Ping Pong did not do bad. The meat filling was tasty and the soup inside did not dry out. The flavour was spot on but it could use consistency in terms of wrapper thickness and the amount of soup inside. The char siu bun was delicious. The bun itself was soft and smooth and the char siu filling moist and tasty. I enjoyed this one a lot but the best dish I had Was the chicken skewer. The meat was moist and very tender. The honey-soy was a good combination, with the soy being the more dominant taste. The dipping sauce was uber tasty that I baste the meat with eat before each bite. I certainly enjoyed this dish a lot.
Ping Pong was the right pick for a quick meal. Service was definitely fast and efficient and that was so without sacrificing food quality. I also think the dishes were rightly priced. It was a very pleasant meal.
A Dim Sum restaurant near Bond Street and Oxford Circus tube stations.
It is the perfect place for dim sum, teas and cocktails. Reasonably priced and delicious.
Very friendly staff, who let us in even when all the other, many restaurants in the area didn't - saturday night, no reservation, the works. Went with a number of dim sum newbies, so we ordered one of the set menus for variety. Pretty good, with the hot pot and all the different dumplings and rolls, and arguably a bargain for £13.75 per person. Would go again, and try the cocktails next time.
Take a break from all your shopping with the delicious & fresh dim sums here! Good service and reasonably priced as well. The only negative is that the place was cramped up!
Recommendations:
Prawn toast
Crispy chili squid
Sticky rice with prawn & scallop
Spicy chicken dumplings
If you like Chinese, wanna eat a lot and spend sometime with your friends this is the place to be. Reasonably priced restaurant with good food and service

Check out video review on instagram @bigfoodiesenglandworld Went for the happy hour period half-price on certain items the food was very good I have had authentic Chinese food from China and I must say the dumplings were very close to the real ones. We had an birthday treat for my friend here. The staff provided us with exceptional luxury hospitality and service. Jeff, in particular, is worth mentioning as he served us with great attention and made sure our experience was nothing short of amazing. He helped us choose affordable drinks and the food was absolutely delicious. Overall, it was a perfect and memorable evening.
Excellent location, the food is freshly made. I used to take the menu but now I am enjoying buying the items Iike most.
Today is a memorable day and thank you for pingpong, we had our cousins gathering today there, i didn’t expect such a delicious atmosphere and service , especially amal, such a nice guy and he tried to make us very comfortable. I ordered all his suggested dishes and its really mouthwatering. I love today , totally it was marvellous
Food was delicious, service was amazing. Recommend the xia long bao, prawn and chive & chicken wings.
Nice service, good food and good portions. Highly recommend visiting during happy hour where lots of dishes are 50% off. Spring rolls were our favourite.
Excellent surprise. Thought I would not go because the price of the food could get a little expensive, but worth it, fresh and wonderful food, perfect in the details. The dishes are small and made to split. Make several requests to experience the huge diversity of meals and share everything with friends.
Received a very warm welcome. Good food, very good service and Halal Chicken and Halal Beef Gyoza always helps..
Took a friend with us.. didn't get dissapointed at all.
Really nice with a superb service.

Ordered the shared menu for two and we were very happy with the selection
The Pros are:

+ friendly staff
+ reasonable prices
+ the menu for 2 included various dishes and I really enjoyed the mixture
Cons: no negative aspects tbh.
If you’re a student I can highly recommend signing up for UNiDAYS as you receive 20% off on the bill.
Overall recommendation: 👍🏼 Would go there again 😊
We have been there for a team dinner...place is very small and we reserved a table for a team of 16..staff were very friendly..ambience is not great but service has been the best. Food was good ...this. Is a place for someone who loves dim sums ..or low spice food. Food is fresh and perfect for sharing. They do gluten free and vegan menus too .
