Polish Tavern

Every time I go here, I LOVE the food. My husband is obsessed. The ribs are stewed perfection, especially with that cabbage. And the breaded pork is so flavourful. We miss them all the time and I cannot wait for them to be able to open again. It always has such lovely neighbourhood/family vibe. I've been counting the days til we can go back

I went here with my wife for dinner. Really tasty polish food and large portions. I had the minced meat wrapped in cabbage with a tomato sauce which came with mashed potato and some salad. My wife had the pork with breadcrumbs, cheese and mushrooms on top also with mashed potato and salad. So tasty. The atmosphere and food are both homely and the staff were really nice aswell. Highly recommend this place to try some really good polish food.

The most amazing Polish Tavern I have ever been to! Truly warm and welcoming staff. Cosy interior with great atmosphere. I had a priviledge to talk with the owner -absolutely fabulous person! They organize theme events and gaming evenings. Prices are excellent and If you haven't try Polish dishes yet - this is the best place to go!

Just can't fault it. I've been going there for years, witnessed the change of management/owners and the more recent change of chef and I have to say the food is fantastic now! the service is great, makes you feel comfortable and cosy. Usually food is served quite promptly, unless you go for a Sunday lunch, when it's really busy and the little extra time for the food to be served is completely understandable. Great food, good service at a fair price. One of the best Polish restaurants in London!

I've ordered from here on several occasions and it's always been a brilliant experience. Whoever they have working as their chef and cooking team are brilliant, largely because the various dishes I've had (Pork Ribs along with Beef and Potato), the meat has been so tender that it would just fall off the bone. Along with the culinary experience being phenomenal. The staff is really welcoming, and I simply cannot get enough of the interior. I'm a history enthusiast, and the inside of the Tavern features a range of vintage photographs, posters and literature. I'm genuinely surprised that more people don't come here. But I feel like with this kind of quality: word should get out more about this place. I'm a newly converted regular all the same

Lovely polish restaurant with easy access. Great prices for big portions of delicious food. Staff very friendly, always happy to help and chat. Everytime I visit I leave the place happy. I can definitely recommend this place to anyone who's looking for some great polish food or would like to try it as well as good polish beers! :)
