Lunch - we both had a large carton and the staff were excellent. They described all the hot/cold options and piled the carton to the top with different type of food. Sitting outside in the sun were we both delighted at how fresh and wholesome the food was.

Had most of what I needed, staff were helpful and the store is bright and airy with items well within reach. Also, they had organic fresh yeast.

Very yummy and filling! I got a nice nutritious meal there and honestly I’m impressed with the cook. Usually I find the skin on eggplant to be to thick and hard for my liking, but theirs was prepared perfectly. It was pretty spicy but not too hot, a very comforting meal indeed.

Food is delicious! I love the self-pick up station where I could choose what I like! Staff are very friendly and helpful! Will definitely come back again!

The best store for choice I've ever visited. I've never seen such an array of tofu, vegan cheese and the like! I live in Manchester and was staying across the road for a couple of nights. I'll definitely be back again, especially to try out the cafe and with a case on wheels to fill it full of vegan wonderfulness 🌱💚

Came back for a Cocofina sampling session in this store and it was again lovely to meet the friendly staff working in Alara! Sold out of the chocolate spread in not even 2 hours.

Good experience. I went for lunch and was pleasently surprised to see a buffet decent pricing and a wide selection of vegetarian food. Worth a visit if looking for a filling lunch with healthy options. There is seating available both outside and inside. I'd recommend both their falafels and lentil stew. The store itself offers standard products, some of which you've come to expect from health food stores
