What a charming gem of a cafe! Lovely Italian influenced decoration, and the owner and staff are super friendly and welcoming, too. The ambience is simply put delightful with a touch of Italy in every corner. Great breakfast options. They also have a little kids menu. There are plenty of seats indoors and outdoors. Even a hidden garden at the back where you can enjoy your meal in a quiet surrounding. Great experience overall.

We ordered Liver and Bacon, spaghetti carbonara and a chicken and bacon panini with garlic cheesy fries. All the food was beautifully present and tasted incredible. Manager and servers were all lovely and welcoming and couldn't do enough for you.

Eight of us ate at La Rocha last night, we had such a good time! The food,service and ambiance was excellent and we really enjoyed singing and dancing to the terrific Laine King singer. Thank you so much to all involved in such a good night and looking forward already to next time!

Thank you to all the staff for the good service and excellent food. As usual nothing is ever too much trouble. There were 18 of us celebrating a birthday. 5 arrived very late due to cab issues, but the staff were brilliant. All food was served together and thoroughly enjoyed. The best restaurant at chingford mount. Would highly recommend.

Amazing pasta and lasagna. I haven't enjoyed a lasagna this much in years. The service was excellent and the space is really cozy. The price is also good. Definitely a worthwhile Italian restaurant.

I had lovely beef Sunday roast for £14 and my partner had lovely dish of pasta for £9 here today .
The only think is that the potatoes where a bit weird I think due that they where from frozen .
But the carne and the vegetables where lovely cooked and the restaurant got lovely relaxing aura , with the two male waiters working in coordination and no making customers nervous like other places do .
