Went there for lunch when visiting museums. Very good value good quality food when combined with all the app offers.

Always have good food here. The Romana base pizza is superb. My ricotta caneloni was a bit wet and saucy... nice to dip the pizza crusts in the sauce. Another evening I just had the pesto dough balls and the raw salad...that's small...and they were a great combination. The lasagna is excellent

We were walking to the station and spotted this branch. Perfect timing as we needed lunch after a long slog around the Science Museum. It's a nice building in a handy location, just opposite the station and shops. Arriving mid afternoon we got in with no booking, and it wasn't particularly busy. Seemed a bit chaotic though, despite plenty of staff taking orders and serving food. I thought everyone was in a hurry and mistakes were being made. The food was good as always, as you expect from Pizza Express, and it all came out in a sensible amount of time.
I don't like having to explain their mistakes multiple times, especially when it's not then corrected in the bill. A simple mistake with our order was spotted, apologies given and a solution immediately offered. That was not carried out though, the correct item not served plus the bill was not corrected. Came to pay and the waitress then argued over the bill because she assumed it had been sorted already. More apologies and bill corrected, but we never got our dough balls.

Lovely food and great service by our waiter taking care 7 of us. Every time the waiter brought the food for our little boy, he reminded him that it's hot, very patient and kind. I asked if they can do something special for my friend's birthday, they gave her a little cake with candle to come with her drink and sang happy birthday. Really made her day! Will visit again!!
