I had a weekend booked in London for my girlfriend's birthday, I decided I would like to do a Pizza making class, then I found out about 1n1 Fashion n Pizza and I am so glad I did!
We arrived to be greeted by Andrea and Martina and off we went to learn how to make fresh Sourdough Pizza!
Andrea is very good at explaining reasoning for everything, with background of why also and is very patient. It's very informal that makes you feel more comfortable.
Dough was made, toppings added, set to cook and we both had a pizza each (both of us are vegetarian, so we got 2 different ones and shared).
Then we got given some Tiramisu and it was amazing, a great way to end a really good Masterclass.
You get to take some dough home, so I also made some at home after the weekend, it wasn't as crispy as the one made there due to my oven, but still delicious.
Thank you again for a great experience and making it special for my girlfriend, we both enjoyed it so much and I will definitely be making some sourdough pizza soon! I just need to get that Tiramisu recipe off you now!!!

A quaint cozy spot, with outstanding food. It felt like we were eating at a friend's house, with a good friendly atmosphere. Food was spectacular, with the starters and entree going down a treat! Highly recommend!
Andre and Martina are wonderful hosts and truly love what they do. We a had great time kneeding and then topping our pizzas...we even got take aways - including some of the infamous 'Jonny'! Such generous and beautiful people. Thank you x

The sourdough-based dough was perfectly crisp and tasty. Top quality topings with great Italian cheese.
Worth mentioning the menu offers plenty of vegetarian and vegan options.

This place is amazing, the food is the beautiful, the people where divine, the food was very authentic and will 100% be going there again! A very small place but that was part of the charm. 5 stars xx
Wonderful hidden gem! Went for a pizza masterclass for my friend’s birthday and we enjoyed so much. The unique thing of this incredible place is their owners Martina and Andrea. They will let you feel at home upon entering in such a cozy place. You can bring your own bottle, and enjoy a night different from any other in London. Highly recommended!
We went for dinner on Saturday night, we tried a couple of their special pizzas and they were absolutely delicious and unique!! The atmosphere is lovely, we were sitting in their super cosy room upstairs enjoying the big windows view! Hosts Martina and Andrea were really nice and make you feel like at home! They also have a nice small collection of clothes and jewellery. We highly recommend the experience.
This place is great! We did a pizza-making class here and it was so fascinating to learn about and work the sourdough base. Andrea is a great teacher and it is such a friendly place. The pizzas were delicious, and we have dough to make our own at home too!
My pizza was absolutely delicious. All attention went to quality, not quantity. Loved it.
