I’ve been popping in here for a few months now, good service in London is hard to come by these days but these guys are genuinely exceptional. They clearly enjoy their jobs which is a credit to the business (or they are just very good actors). I’d highly recommend a visit, I haven’t had the chance to try the food yet but it always looks great
Good little pub, good drink selection and surprisingly nice food, had 5 small plates deal, very tasty. Good place for a rest and refresh. Quiet when we were there but then again it was a Monday lunchtime.
A lovely, cavernous city pub just off Watling Street. Plenty of both Cask and Keg to choose from along with wines and whatever spirits you may fancy. Fast polite and cheerful service from the crew behind the bar. A Friday afternoon, demonstrating the return of the office folk. There is a cellar bar offering more room on crowded occasions along with a rear, raised area on the ground floor. A most enjoyable pint!
