You can’t really go wrong with a nice Nando’s meal. This was my first time at the Hammersmith Broadway branch. Very good location, right opp Hammersmith Tube station, also has a good vibe, excellent customer service, very quick to deal with issues. All in all it was good experience.

We really enjoyed the food. It was tasty and portions were big.
The service was quick but not so friendly. The staff did not even greet us in or out of the restaurant. We felt that their only job was to tell us to order online and bring the food to us (we got cutlery, napkins, sauces etc ourselves).

Affordable place for grilled chicken food and roasted chicken. Soft drinks is bottomless and love their sauces!!! So delicious and goes well with everything!

Redemption! This Nando's location used to not be very good but things have changed!
I have gone a few times in case it was a fluke but is is not.
Food now comes swiftly and the service is now great.
I get shown my table, asked if I know how the ordering system works and during my meal get asked how my meal is.
Kudos to whoever has made efforts to change things around here.

Always a treat to eat at Nandos. Very simple and nothing too fancy. The team there was very polite and helpful.

The food is so so. Chicken inside is not sauced so tastes plain. Garlic bread is fine and Coleslaw is nice
