Just love patisserie. ..must try their cupcakes specially the raspberry ones ...other pastries are equally good. .do give it a try if you are around.
If only the decor of the bakery could look as grande as their deserts?
Definitely don't shy away from the cakes their super soft Nd sponge but no 'soggy' like the cafe concerto I've experienced,,
Not a huge fan of the hot chocolate tho
One of London's flagship bakeries, which you'll find almost everywhere in the city now. They have a heavenly selection of desserts and your basic brews. When in doubt, go for the strawberry tart. The fruits are delicately glazed, the crust has the perfect crunchiness and the thin layer of custard completes it with a hint of sweetness. I haven't tried anything else yet, but I can't wait to!
Delicious mixture of cakes and pastries. Nice break on a walk around London. Blink and you'll miss it. Then you will miss out on some stunning tastes to satisfy many answeat tooth
Great place for dessert. Pictured below is a double chocolate cake. The coffee is just a flat white. Get there early before the kitchen closes.
Good site to have a typical style tea break. Helpful and friendly staff. A little small but with lots of character and English flavor.
Print and polite service and quick delivery. There is a good selection of food.
Great place to stop for some french pastries when walking around the beatiful streets and alleys of London!

Nice brunch (Groupon offer). Empty when we arrived around 12, had whole of restaurant to choose from to sit in. Staff were friendly. The waiter that served us was lovely and helpful. Breakfast was very nice and of good quality as was the tea. The toilets are clean but could be freshened up a bit. Quite tired looking and needing a lick of paint. By the time we left at 1:30 it was fairly busy.
Super patisserie for a quick takeaway. Better still , enjoy the atmosphere for an afternoon of high tea or coffee. The place has a rich history and amazing pastries. The chocolate mousse cake and cheese cake is to die for. Amazing atmosphere and attentive service. Reasonable pricing too.
My husband and I decided to have something sweet after dinner and found this bustling little place. We were seated immediately but crammed in the very back. When we get ready to order we were informed that about half of the items they were sold out of. This cramped our decision-making a bit. However when the food didn't arrive it was very tasty. The place was very loud and it was hard to have a nice conversation. My only regret is I wish we had ordered the afternoon tea rather than single desserts. We saw some other tables having them and they looked delicious.
O.M.G! The cakes are truly amazing and the drinks were not bad either. The staff was always happy to help. It can get really busy and noisy but there is another level (basement) with lovely leather armchairs to relax and refresh.
We had an excellent afternoon tea for 2 to celebrate our Golden Wedding Anniversary. We were looked after very well and given a box of lovely cakes to take home. A wonderful experience.
