Went for the Japanese style afternoon tea with my mum as a celebration. The food and presentation was absolutely lovely, the amount of food you get, you definitely don’t walk out hungry, and the staff are very kind and helpful and chatty. We had a lovely time and the staff kindly said we can go up to the root top bar for a drink and we did. Was so lovely and would 100% recommend for the money

I had a great time at this well decorated, lively place. I got the unlimited bubbles package and my waiter made sure my or my partner's glass was never empty for long. The food was above average but well presented with my only problem being that my burger was a little salty. It's a lovely place to go in groups, would go again.

We got a 3 course set menu for 2 as a gift via an experience website. The location was lovely, the restaurant was very quiet and the decor was unique, The food was AMAZING! Normally a set menu if quite limited and not very exciting, but this was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed every bite! Only reason for one star less, was as it was very quiet, we easily over heard the chef being rather rude to the man who was providing the service to the restaurant on a number of occasions. You could tell the man was spread too thin as had to cover a number of places in another area of the hotel and there was only one of him. It was very nice to hear how he was being spoken to. For being by himself, we were really happy with the service he provided and the professionalism he maintained even after how he was being spoken to by a colleague.
