Good pizza. The pizza base is alright, very thin, with tasty toppings... Slightly burnt edges, some spots too much. But better than other pizzas in the area, like pizza express and prezzo. My Parma pizza was yum! The salami pizza we ordered was ok, i think I prefer sliced salami over chunks.
The place is pretty cool, will definitely come back at lunchtime.
The cocktails are good too. Oh and the staff were very friendly! If I were managing this place, I'd offer chips pizza!!!

Great wood-fired oven pizza, decent price, especially at lunch. Menu isn't massive but that's definitely a good sign. Nice atmosphere and general decor too. Good beer list.

Good sized, very tasty pizzas, and an interesting twist on classic cocktails, which are good. Serving team very polite and efficient; when we were given the wrong drink (which we didn't mind as it was nice) the right one was given afterwards without us asking. Recommended, and would definitely go back.

An unknown for me until the first time I visited. Great pizza, I mean really great (it might have been because I was hungry). Cocktails a plenty and a happy hour to boot. The pizza is done nicely, good crust and thin base, fantastic toppings.

One of my favourite venues in London. My friend and I meet religiously here for pizza and cocktails! I've really enjoyed seeing their business become more popular and have no doubt that it will continue to do so as long as they maintain their high level of customer service. Really lovely staff!

Don't get fooled by the ambience. The staff is is very nice and obliging, they offer a diversity of special pizzas which are amazingly delicious - and in combination with a cocktail we got one of the daily deals. Had a really great time at Maverick!
I would highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to spend a quite evening with light music, pizza and very delicious self-created cocktails.

Absolutely the best pizza in London by far...
Flavorful crisp but chewy crust too!
It is definitely not the tasteless half baked gunge you find in other places.
Fresh sauces, reasonable prices
AND polite efficient waiters.
Even Italians visiting from Italy eat here.
What more could you ask for?
